HORRIBLE company. They were hired by Duke Energy (another HORRIBLE company) to cut down trees on our property, without notifying us, and their tree crews destroyed our fence in multiple places and the promised to fix it, and never did, leaving us with a code violation. STEER CLEAR

Ben and his team from Davey Tree did an incredible job! They safely and efficiently removed several large trees, took great care around my property, and left everything spotless. The crew was professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. I highly recommend them for anyone — top-notch service from start to finish!

This is their handy work. These people worked behind my complex and decided to leave branches and plastic food containers behind. Already called the office, but they aren't in any hurry to come and clean up.

We had a huge oak tree that fell into our back yard. Mike came out swiftly to give us a quote and after comparing with three other companies, we went with Davey. Yesterday a crew came out to carry out the job. The foreman of the crew was Benny (Benito) and he was wonderful - as all of his crew was also. We had several small specific requests and he directed his crew to carry them out, while removing the tree and all debris with great skill. We had a special young tree that was planted for a granddaughter that had been hit. Benny listened well and they took special care with this important little tree. They cleaned up the yard wonderfully. Also, Mike came in the morning. He had come out to do the quote. He was great throughout. We will hire them again and recommend them highly.

I had a very large and complex oak tree removed. From the start Ben was decisive and setup a team to tackle the challenge in 48 hours. The crew did amazing. Professional, safe, focused on the task; and executed. Great work on the cleanup as well.

We hired Davey to Trim, three trees in our yard, cut a palm tree down that was diseased, remove the stump from the tree. We cut down and also treat the remaining palm trees, so the disease would not spread. We were extremely pleased with their professional services and they did an excellent job. Our trees look wonderful And we are very pleased with the service they offered and cutting the diseased palm tree down. I would highly recommend this company. Kristoffer Baker, the arborist who gave us our quote and managed the job, was extremely professional.

The team from Davey was extremely courteous and checked with me multiple times on progress. And the cleanup by both teams was perfect! The trimming team shared info with me that I totally appreciated! Thank you

Very professional very helpful

Citywide has been Great for the past several years at Chancery High School.

Very poor communication. We used this service for several events and even though two of us communicated clearly our expectations they misunderstood. When they did show up for the event they did not check in with anyone so we didn't know if they were there or not. We will not be using this service again.

We signed up with Citywide a year ago and were fed nothing but lies. Two months into our contract our site manager was moved to a different position. We were never assigned another site manager again till almost a year later. The walk through with the cleaning company we did was a complete waste of time since the owner didn't speak English and the items I needed cleaned never were. We are a medical office and the cleaning company thought it was useful to clean with fabulous (which should be illegal). I would leave pieces of paper in strategic places on the carpet to see if they were vacuuming. The paper would remain there days on end.
Our property is 6,000 square feet and our cleaner would finish within an hour and half, anyone that knows cleaning would know things weren't getting done in that time. Then for 4 months we never received invoices. I called multiple time to resolve the issue, not receiving any responses. They had my email incorrect which I read back multiple times to multiple people and not one could get it right. So at the end of everything we paid what we could which I guess was not enough and they decided to not show up to the property again. No notice, no call, no keys left. And this all occurred during the COVID 19 pandemic. Where as businesses, citizens and healthcare providers we are all working together for the greater good. Not City Wide! There is no way I would ever recommend this company!

My husband and I contacted Citywide a few months ago to try to do a Partnership with them and were fed nothing but lies. First, we spoke with John Madison, he told us all the documents and insurance that we need to get to start a business with them, but that someone would contact us to check everything. After weeks of waiting and calling and writing several emails. Paul Miquel finally called us, he said that Someone else would contact us, as you might imagine that never happened. We tried several times to communicate with them. When we called them again after many tries (Jonathan), only said that now we could not work with them because they did not have accounts available. Why they couldn't say that from the first call? Their unprofessionalism made us lose time and money paying insurance. How it is possible that exists businesses out there that prosper and have clients working as badly as City Wide. I do not recommend it at all. This opinion is not to criticize, it is to prevent this type of behavior happens in this wonderful country where efficiency and professionalism should be on the same hand.

This company gives excellent service and attention to their clients whether in daily care or special events. We appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to meet and exceed expectations. They have been a great asset to work with and are there even for last minute emergencies. If you are thinking of upgrading your facility cleaning service, these are the people you want on your team. Shout out to our facility manager Rick Smith! Best go-to man in the business! Very professional, efficient and responsive.

I don’t usually write reviews about positive experiences, but the POC from CityWide that I work with is AWESOME. He is very responsive and easy to talk to. contacted Mid-Florida Pressure Cleaning Inc. (MFPCI) from the publication Everybody's Business etc.. of Central Florida AND ARE THANKFUL WE DID.

We called and spoke with MIKE, THE OWNER, DIRECTLY...I really liked it because that was an indication that my business would be handled as a very important one. Mike, THE OWNER was, in a sense, telling me: "YOUR BUSINESS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME, I REALLY CARE FOR YOU".

After explaining my needs Mike requested sometime to prepare an estimate which he did virtually. He did not take to long to do it and I got the estimate.

Mike described what his company intended to do while describing my property as seen virtually by him over the phone: IT SHOWED EXPERIENCE.
We agreed on the price and set the date and time to start.

The starting date was a rainy day but the working crew was on time at my home as promised.
The crew, a party of 2, CHRISTIAN and JOHN were amazing while doing the job. The job was done quietly and effectively: they water pressured the whole exterior of the house; a screen porch; cleaned a portion of the house gutters; the drive way and side walk, ALL TO MY WIFE'S AND I SATISFACTION...
Everything was done while working under the rain, without damages to our plants around the house and for a reasonable cost.
I SURELY RECOMMEND MFPCI FOR THIS KIND OF JOB AT ANY TIME.
REQUEST, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, FOR CHRISTIAN AND JOHN TO DO THE JOB... THESE TWO PERSONS ARE HARD WORKERS AND A POSITIVE ASSET TO MFPCI.
