I had my Miami condo completely remodeled. After shopping around and looking for a General Contractor in Miami I used another company to start my remodel project as this is going to place I will be spending my winter when I visit overseas. 6 code violations, 2nd permit, $1,245.86 of fines later (from the associations) and apparently my neighbors mentioned the workers were only at my condo a few hours per week. I had to find someone else.

I was told by friends about Alliance Construction. I gave them a call, they came out the very next week, on time and surveyed my dilemma. I was quite apparent that I was in big trouble. Everything was done wrong and a few things needed some immediate attention. Which I was already aware. Long story short, Alliance Construction started a few months ago and not only understood my vision but perfected it. These guys know exactly what they are doing. Even the city inspector had great things to say about the contractor and his crew. The craftsmanship behind the work was truly an art. I have to say they are definitely going to be referred to my local friends and business partners.

The reason for my review is I wish I would of known about these guys before since they don't really advertise. These guys are also work horses. They were on the job site everyday except when it rained and some of the guys even worked through the weekend.

If you're in Miami Beach, go directly to T&K Air Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning instead of wasting time with other businesses. Robert was amazing. He was on time, cleaned the dryer vent thoroughly, and even provided before-and-after photos. He did a good job fixing the small issues with our chimney. Prior to Robert's explanation, I was similarly unaware of the significance of attic insulation. Ours was renovated, and the difference was significant. Our HVAC system is now operating much more efficiently, and the air duct servicing was similarly excellent. T&K Air Duct is reliable, reasonably priced, and professional. I want to thank Robert for his excellent work at Miami Beach.
