It is very rare to be a happy customer in Miami today, as people have forgot how to bring good customer service to the marketplace. But, I can't say the same thing about this company as we had an issue with Rannai water heater and even though it was not their problem, but because we bought it from them, they got extremely involved with the technician, the warranty department and we got it solve. I have to thank directly to Armando Monteagudo, Mario and Elton for taking care of us and walking us through the entire process.

Wool Kitchen & Bath is an amazing showroom with only the very best products. The showroom is vast but wonderfully organized and easy to browse. My showroom consultant, Marcia Lainez, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and provided all the guidance that I needed. This is the only place that I will ever shop for all of my kitchen and bath needs.

I’ve purchased bathroom fixtures and toilets from wool supply several times in the past. Their pricing and product selection is unparalleled and I’ve always received excellent service, and as we know that is usually not the case in miami. Their associates are true professionals who provide as much or as little advice as you need. I recommend wool supply for all your remodeling and general bath and kitchen supply needs. You won’t be disappointed!

We were in need of getting our fixtures right away and weren't able to return to the warehouse on a Friday. We were playing phone tag with our customer representative and unfortunately my last call was 5 minutes before the store closed. They were able to get me everything that I needed and I was able to run over and pay for it. They waited for me to get there, even after closing time. I genuinely appreciated the service, especially on a Friday, when the store is closed on the weekend and I would have had to wait until Monday to get the fixtures to my plumber.

As a designer, I need to be able to quickly and efficiently place orders for my clients. usually, I 'm running on tight deadlines. Wool plumbing, and Marcia specifically, are a great help. I highly recommend their products, and their customer service is unparalleled.

Visited today and had amazing help from Marcia! She walked us through the many many options and brands to narrow down my needs and price point. We went home with every fixture and accessory for our new bathrooms because every item was in stock!! Will be returning for my kitchen renovation!

I have been a customer of Wool Plumbing for many years and always work with Maria Rapp. Her product knowledge and attention to detail is very helpful and the few times that there were issues with parts ordered, both Maria and the company were quick to help solve them. Highly recommend.

By far a positive great experience at Wool Kitchen & Bath , I ordered a Kohler kitchen faucet for my new home. The communication was superb from when I placed the order till the end. Customer service was polite, bilingual and professional throughout- I will use Wool for my entire faucet needs. Great place!

Liliana Prado is a gift! She is extremely knowledgeable. She connects the dots so you don't have to guess what you need to accomplish your project, this is extremely helpful. As a designer I can say, She is pleasant and cares about each project, I feel she is an incredible resource to have and more importantly an amazing person to deal with. Lastly, when customer service has become a part of history, she is still super helpful after the sale.

Special Thanks to Ana Rivero, I arrived to Wool worried after a failed inspection of the city since the contractor had used the wrong valve. When I explained the situation to Ana, she helped me immediately and provided me correct valve as well as matching cover for my fixtures. She is a very knowledgable individual and very nice who helped me out in a moment of despair! Thank you! our inspection passed!

I worked with Midaymis Gonzalo, showroom sales consultant, and she was absolutely excellent! She was knowledgeable/resourceful about the field, worked quickly to meet my time constraints, and innovated as necessary. The showroom was large and well equipped, and the inventory available met my most urgent needs. One stop shopping! Could not have been more pleased!

Everything is perfect with Wool!. Marcia our sales representative is very professional, nice person, very accurate with the information. As a contractor is very important for us to count with professional people like them in our subcontractors and suppliers team. All warranties are granted if you have an issue or problem with any item. The staff at the warehouse is very efficient. Really good experience!!, really good to recommend.

I was nervous going into the Wool showroom initially, but we immediately met Marcia who matched us with exactly what we were looking for. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us an enjoyable remodeling experience. We were also lucky enough to meet Justin Wool, one of the Vice Presidents, who gave great advice on future home projects!

Wonderful customer service!!! Dino was very knowledgeable and really helped my husband and I pick out the perfect shower and accessories for our new bathroom!!! We first tried online using the kohler website but we had more questions and we couldn’t make the decision then we tried going into Home Depot but honestly finding someone to help us answer the questions that we had was impossible. Then I called the store to see if they had kohler in stock and I was surprised when Dino said yes!!! I told my husband please go to the store and thanks to Dino’s expertise and knowledge we were able to answer the questions and helped us decide color, shape, style and items to purchase!!!
