A few weeks ago, two very large branches broke off of our huge ficus tree in our backyard. The branches landed in our yard as well as our neighbor's. To complicate matters further, the tree had a beehive in it. Nelson from Sunshine Tree Trimming was very nice and professional. He was able to connect us with a bee service to handle the bees. The day after bees were taken care of, he came and provided a free quote. The same day, after we signed a contract and paid a deposit, he and his crew removed the fallen branches from our yard and our neighbor's yard. The following day, they finished trimming and pruning the tree and removed a large vine, cleaned everything up including things that weren't even caused by their crew and the mess left behind in the neighbor's yard. Costs were exactly as provided in the quote. We were very happy with their services and will contact them for any future needs.

My mother and I are very happy with Sunshine Tree Trimming service. They did an outstanding job trimming back to the fence line branches from a neighbor's mango and ciruela trees that were hanging over our property line, and a portion was already touching the roof of my house. The way they neatly packed the debris and placed it on the curbside so it could be hauled away by the city the next day was the cherry on top. We highly recommend them.

Professionalism, customer service, and excellent results were evident throughout the entire process. I’m truly grateful and 100% recommend them.

They did an excellent job cleaning my coconut tree in my back yard. They did it very save with proper equipment to climb up the tree. Nelson was very nice and responsive when reaching out. After word the cleaned up everything and left the place in great condition.

Nelson was fast to respond, friendly, and provided a detailed quote; work started just as fast the next day. His crew did a great job with tree/trunk removals, and other tree trimmings. They also did a great job cleaning up.

These guys completely butchered our beloved avocado tree. He was hired by our HOA to trim trees away from the pool. The avocado tree wasn't close enough to be an issue. Yet, Nelson blew off my concerns before hacking away the main three branches which covered our floor to ceiling windows and balcony off the master bedroom, completely removing our privacy. It was a hack job that was easily preventable.

Looks like Nelson likes to argue with people in these reviews, so just be wary that he is likely lying about a lot of things.

Honestly, it's businesses like these which make Miami such a joke. Nelson is a completely disingenuous and unprofessional person. I hired him over a year ago to trim several trees on our property.

- He absolutely ruined my backyard by decimating our numerous Areca palms, and then tried to tell us "it's safer now because people can't sneak up on your family". He obviously screwed up big time, but claimed that it should all grow back "within a few weeks". Over a year later, there was no new growth, and we had to tear out everything.

- I paid him for everything else (mediocre work), but refused to pay for the Areca trim. He tried to bully his way into coming over to my house while I wasn't there to argue, terrifying my wife, causing me to drive home from work.

- To top it off, his workers left a pile of chicken bones from their lunch which almost choked my dog.

Avoid this business at all costs.
