These guys are the real deal. I’d use them again any day for the jungle that is my backyard. Quick responses, on time, great prices compared to other local companies, friendly, and most of all professional. I highly recommend them.

I needed a very challenging Job, trim a big Oak Tree in a very narrow space, with delicate plants under. These people came and did a very good and clean work, they were on time and left everything in good shape. I recommend them.

I called True Tree Service for an estimate on trimming 5 of my large live oak trees and pruning 3 ornamental guava trees. The price quoted was very fair and best of all they were able to shred and haul away all the debris the same day. I would definitely recommend True Tree to anyone looking for a professional job at a fair price.

True Tree Services, LLC came to Panama City, FL to assist with Hurricane Michael recovery. There aren't enough accolades to describe what a great job they did. They did what they promised and did it in a very timely and professional manner. They brought in a monster crane to lift the trees off of the house and get debris out of the backyard. They brought in team with backhoe and took out a rootball that was estimated at 10k pounds. No one else would even touch the root ball and they removed it as promised. Top notch group. I hope you don't need them, but if you do they are the ones to call.

I hardly write reviews but I was so impressed with the company, I had to share. These days its very difficult to find good work. They were professional, timely, job done as expected and cleaned up very well. I highly recommend True Tree, could not be happier.

True Tree Servuce went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they do a great job of pruning my tree, but when my neighbors demanded, they pruned more to accommodate them. They were very polite, nice and helpful. I will use them again!

These guys are THE best especially with my big Gables oak trees in our tiny back yard! Very careful, professional and I learn so much every time I talk to them! Have used them several times over the past 6 years. They trim for the health of the trees and the aesthetics just happen. Take their guidance. You won't be sorry.

This company did an amazing job on our tree! I was worried it would look super naked or like they chopped off random parts but it looks awesome. They were also very fast!

Repeat Customer Review: True Tree Service & its team has been great to work with. This is the second time we contract the company to help us trim and prune trees around our home. After the first time they trimmed/prunned our avocado tree (approx 2 years ago), our tree grew out so beautiful. The second time around we sought the help of the company to help us control the avo tree plus two other trees, due to growth in width and height, & for hurricane season prep. Once again, the company sent out arborists to trim the trees to help them grow out healthy & give us a beautiful aesthetic trim for each tree. The team cleaned up every last leaf/twig and left our house probably cleaner than what it was. We will definitely continue to contract them. We love that this company has arborists on staff & thanks to their knowledge, we've been able to make informed decisions based on arboriculture + our personal needs. Contract this company if these are a priority for you: impeccable customer service, great work, trained staff & timeliness. Thank you, True Tree Service. These guys were great. Ian gave us a thorough estimate with a good price in a timely manner. Drake was fantastic with his crew, trimming several large trees and removing one large tree. An easy and professional experience by good people.

Ian, Ryan, and the entire team here in Panama City to support Hurricane Michael relief are doing outstanding work. The most professional group of arborist (to call them tree service guys is a real understatement) on the planet. Fair pricing (more than fair) great service and great people. Best arborists in the region, Drake and his partner went out of there way to get the job done right. I have used other services before to great disappointment, but True Tree Service is quite on the contrary - I was incredibly impressed by their expertise and quality work!! Not to mention they are great to work with and take great pride in what they do!!

These guys really are SUPERIOR...the entire crew. I needed a hurricane cut on three HUGE Royal Palms. The job was big and scary (to me!) but they did the job so safely and cleanly. Each of the young men on the crew were very intelligent ,passionate about what they do, and extremely professional. They were so polite and caring about my property and they took the time to tell me interesting things about my plants. These guys aren't just doing a job. They are tree guys. The crew was super nice, very professional and extremely knowledgeable — they gave me valuable pointers on how to improve my garden. I plan to use them to install the root barrier for the pool. When Drake came to give me a quote, he was super-friendly and really took his time to explain the work and answer any questions I had about how to maintain the trees on my property. On the day of service, he and his crew did a great job following through on the work, and also took extra time to make sure we were satisfied. Their office staff is also super-responsive on email. I'd definitely use True Tree Service again.
