Travis was wonderful came very quickly did excellent work he replaced our Ac Motor a few months ago and today we had a him double check the ac cause it wasn’t working right he made sure all was working and we needed a new thermostat they put it in very respectful very efficient I’m up and cool again thank you Travis and TLR

We have used TLR for over 5 years for all our repairs. Today they installed a new unit in our house. Always happy dealing with this small business. They are always reliable, but most importantly honest.

So had this company come install a larger unit. Said they would be back to fix breaker cause it kept flipping never showed. House has been 84 everyday. Called last week said guy would be out waited around all day called last answering phone said he came but no one answered door. Funny cause we have a ring camera and no one ever came. Then lady says I have you on the schedule for Tuesday which is today. My wife takes off work to be home when they come. No one shows wife calls and they said no one ever put you on the schedule for today. We can come out Thursday. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience. You would think after paying 6k for a whole new unit that is larger than previous one we could at least have anac that would keep the house under 84 this is ridiculous. Definitely will never be recommending this company to anyone.

As a homeowner the air conditioner is scary. It’s very expensive and used often in Florida. I know nothing about air conditioners therefore I have to trust someone else to handle this potentially huge expense, and I’m overjoyed to report I’ve found a place!!! I will never go anywhere else for ac work and will recommend Travis and his company to anyone that will ask. I can’t brag enough on them. Prompt service, professional and willing to explain things to me without making me feeling like I’m an idiot. They were also considerably less expensive than another large ac repair company in Jacksonville. If you are looking for a trustworthy company with great prices and people TLR heating and air is the one for you.

I would definitely recommend TLR Heating and Air to all my friends and family. Travis installed a new system in my home completing the project in one day. I shadowed him throughout the day asking questions and getting sound advice about the Goodman product. His attention to detail was without question,making sure the garage handler duct work was pleasing to the eye,that said clean up after the fact made it a perfect experience.

We had to have our central unit replaced due to it being 20 years old (😊), we got 3 estimates done, TLR was the only one that didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need, not to mention their price was better than the other 2. Travis and his wife Tracy were very kind, helpful and a pure joy to deal with. Our unit was completely installed and everything cleaned up within 4 hours. My husband and I try to always use the hometown guys, and in this regard I’m so glad we did!!

Could not have asked for a better experience than we had with Travis & his team replacing all of our duct work, dryer vent, & adding additional vents throughout the house! They really care about there customers. The sweet lady that answers the phone is so easy to talk with, She was able to get someone out the same day. Which I know can be hard sometimes, but they did it. Thank you! The technicians that came out were very professional and well mannered, found the issue and had it fixed in no time. This is without a doubt the best family owned and run business I have worked with in all my 24 years living in Middleburg. Travis and Lee went above and beyond their service is top notch and a great help to me. If you need heating and or air-conditioning this is your home town hero.

I should start by saying we’ve used this company for a couple of years to come service our unit and no issues until I needed some duct work replaced. They sent their sons out to do the job and then they left it worse off than it was before they touched it. I was very disappointed especially after I talked to Travis and he assured me that it was going to be so much better after his company was done with the job. Well the job got left incomplete!! And when I called to talk to the very rude and snarky woman who answers the phone she told me I would have to wait a whole week before they could come out and wanted to send the butchers who did the job! And of course I didn’t want them to come back out. I would’ve rather Travis come out and see what his kids did to my ducts. But Nope! Nor did I get a refund for the incomplete job! And the receipt they left had no price on it for what I paid! How convenient!! Needless to say I will never recommend this company to anyone nor will I use this company EVER AGAIN!! BEWARE. !!!

Tracy was so sweet when we called and was able to get us on the schedule very fast - saying she would call if it could be sooner. Our time window was 2-4; Travis arrived on time right at 2pm and was awesome and super efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue very quickly. Also made great suggestions to fix a separate/ongoing issue I had with air not getting up to our loft! He is also helping make the filter more accessible which is a huge bonus! A/c is already working great and we will sleep easy tonight! Highly recommend!!!!
