The company never showed up, never did a follow-up or explain why they didn't

Came for rug cleaning and also cleaned my sofa. They were very professional and thorough. Took there time and made sure everything looked great. Gave us great advise and tips. Will definitely use them again.

Over the weekend we had a horrible water leak with our air conditioning unit. The water spread from the closet where the AC unit is kept into the carpets of the surrounding bedrooms. The team at Sheen came the very next morning on a Sunday to vacuum up the water, set up fans, used anti microbial solutions to prevent the development of mold. They returned two days later to deep clean the carpet and assess for water damage. They did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them!

I have water damage situation in my condo, The toilet was backed up, i needed the company to clean my area rugs, which one of them was "White Snow". I got the recommendation of Sheen Carpet Cleaning, They came, picked up the rugs, and they delivered after one week!!. WAY TO GO!!! Excellent job, the carpets are cleaner than ever.

I live in Coconut Grove and have a dog who decided to use my rugs as wee wee pads. I called Sheen Restoration and they came the day I called and picked up my rugs to be cleaned. A week later my rugs were delivered back to me pee free, scotch guarded, and smelling good!!! Great Service and Great People!!! I highly recommend!!!
