Contracting with Bartlett was very easy. The salesman an arborist was very very proficient was very, friendly and helpful. The workers arrived on time beautiful equipment, well trained men from the removal of the tree to the picking up of the trash to the cleanup effort, and specially, the tree removal and the stump removal they were only here two hours and a half for a very, very tall, large palm tree. Their work was exemplary and I would hire them again. The price was fantastic And it was dangerous hard work and they did it safely and perfectly. These guys were awesome!

Great job removing dead pine trees from our acreage, they put all the wood through a chipper and we had plenty of free wood chips. I called around several places and these guys beat everyone and performed the job to my expectations.

A Matt Smith came to our property on March 22 and diagnosed a fungus problem with one of our palms. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional and recommended a treatment plan which he would email me for approval. I said I was more than interested and ready. It’s now April 8 and in-spite of 2 follow up phone calls FROM ME, I have heard nothing. It’s like he fell off the earth. Mind boggling!

Had a visit from Matt Smith and was beyond impressed. He was punctual and courteous, and even more importantly incredibly generous with his time and advice. The thing that impressed me most though was his honesty- this company are not looking to make a quick buck off of you, and will tell you what's best for you, not them. There is only one company I will call for this type of work in the future, and that's Bartlett.

I was worried about losing a huge Royal palm. They came right out and gave their honest feedback that the tree would be ok and to not treat it.. Most others would have made something and charged me. They did not and I will recommend them to all I know as I also a Bank Manager and appreciate great honest service!

What started off BAD turned out PERFECT. Your service, under the direction of Matt Smith, 1st appeared 4/24/24. They trimmed our Sable Palm, then to our Black Olive (Shady Lady here in S. FL.). They got it off the roof, but did little to trim inside the canapy. One person did the trimming by climbing about inside the tree. The lead person spoke very little, broken English. I tried to understand, but when they left, we felt short changed.
Fast forward to 5/6/24, Matt Smith returned to check out our concern. He spent a long time explaining, all the what for/reason to/can do/can't do all while being a perfect gentleman. We BOTH pointed out branches to be removed, branches NOT to remove, etc. The very next day, early thirty, the crew arrived with some BIG equipment. We talked, I used a laser pointer to show the branches to be removed. (fun note: the LARGEST Man of this crew climbed the tree). They were like Santa, 'went right to his work, cut the correct branches, turned and looked, we all agreed, they cleaned up everything, and were gone without a trace'!
Let me say just how professional, pleasant, helpful EVERYONE was. They explained, as best they could, I understood as best I could, and we all agreed the job was completed nicely. Your equipment and safety was a great change. Electric chain saws, climbers had ropes/harness/head protection/all dressed in company logo. I have no idea how much equipment is in your facility, BUT I will guess, whatever the job, your team can and will handle it. You may not be the cheapest, but it pays to use the BEST. YOU are the BEST!
