I called Plumbing Nerds this afternoon for a leak in our water main. The woman on the phone (I wish I remembered her name) was very pleasant and quick. She had me scheduled immediately and someone was on the way in a couple of hours. I got a text and email allowing me to track my technician, and a call when they were 45 min away.

My technician Eric was wonderful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all my questions and fixed the leak in an hour. Their monthly membership is very reasonably priced and has great benefits, a definite must for owners of older homes. As the owner of a newly built home, we didn’t need it. But in the future I would definitely become a member.

Overall I had a more than pleasant experience. In an age where customer service has been dwindling, they have greatly succeeded in providing amazing customer service. Without a doubt Plumbing Nerds should be your go to plumbing service

Carlos went above and beyond to give the best customer service possible. He spent a lot of time on an intermittent problem to find a solution. I was very impressed with his due diligence.
It's hard to find young people today that have that kind of drive and desire to do the right thing to take care of a customer. If I ever have a problem again with my AC system. I will ask for Carlos.
