Diagnosis is now $169. In my case that did not even involve turning a single screw. Wow! Technician was prompt and courteous, but all he did was look up the model of my fridge and tell me that they wouldn't know if the temperature setting could be fixed until a new controller board was ordered and installed, and that would be at least $700, possibly more if there were other issues. Since my refrigeratorator is actually running and cooling, the technician concurred that spending that kind of money on a 3 year old fridge probably wasn't worth it. I do home maintenance work myself, so I understand charging a house call, or estimate fee. But in my opinion $169 is too high if you arent even going to open the guts and look inside. Btw, it's extra if you want to have any other appliances looked at while they are at your home.

They got a man out immediately. He was polite and did a good job. He was honest and told me if it stops again we need a fridge and I appreciate that. It was the compresser. Ty Richard for doing a good job. Even the receptionist was polite and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I'm kind of conflicted about writing this review. So I'll just tell the facts as they are to me. First off making it sound like I was getting a deal for $500 for what I looked up later was a $80 part that took 15 minutes to replace was a bit upsetting. Then the part didn't work right because it turns out the replacement part was an inferior generic part. So I called back a couple days later to tell them it didn't seem to be working right and they made it right a couple days later by ordering me the correct OEM part and switching it out. Today everything seems to be working much better and for that I thank you. So take what you want from this review. In the end they made it right. In the future I'd like to see a breakdown estimate of cost of parts, labor charges and service call fees. Not just one lump cost. People should know what they are paying for.

I highly recommend Mr Appliance! They are so professional, prompt, courteous and security minded. The day before my service call I received a confirmation with a picture and name of the technician. My technician was Richard and he was so honest and helpful. Although the parts I need are discontinued by Samsung, and I’ll have to buy a new fridge, he as able to rig a temporary solution to buy me some time. Thank you Richard and Mr Appliance!!!

Worth the price. We had service from another company we got a washer machine from. Back to back with this company. They were by far the most informative, patient, and overall had the best customer service. These are people you can trust the work of.

Devon was our service expert. He knew our refrigerator inside and out,
He disassemble the entire interior to get to the problem which was a small fan that failed allowing ice buildup…. Therefor our refrigerator could NOT stay up to temperature so was not keeping food cool enough …, however the slide out freezer DID work..
Luckily he was able to get the part within 3 days, return with part in hand and masterfully put many pieces back together!!!!! He was amazing !
I have had a nice cold refrigerator and now my ice maker works better than ever!!!!’ We were very impressed with our entire experience with Mr Appliance!

Devon our technician was great. He showed up early for each appointment and thoroughly explained what was happening throughout his inspection process. Thankfully they had the parts available to fix my 17 year old Whirlpool front load washer.

The trchnician was prompt, and knowlegeable. We appreciate his honesty. We would recommemnd this compamy.

If you need good quality service, professional technician and polite office people, then Mr Appliance of pasco county is the company to call. When I called for an appointment I had the pleasure to meet their technician Devon, he worked on my dishwasher on 2/21/24 at that time he attributed my problem to user error. He could not find anything wrong with the dishwasher. On 2/22/24 the problem I had on 2/21 came back so the next morning I called the office spoke to Brandy and she informed me that she would have a tech out to my home on Monday 2/26. That was ok with me, but about a hour later at the door was Devon and he said that he didn’t want us to wait till Monday, so he came into my home ran more tests and he found a dirty filter, he cleaned it and all is well. Devon gave me his cell phone and said that he would like me to text him over the weekend to see if it’s fixed. I never had such great service thank you Devon it appears to be fixed. So if you need a tech call Mr appliance and ask for Devon

Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, tech arrived on time and completed the repair job quickly. I was up and running in no time. I felt their charges were very competitive. The tech explained the warranty on my repair before he left and I received an e mail invoice for service within a few minutes after he left. I would highly recommend Mr Appliance.

Wasn't sure about repair on our washer dryer?? Decided to call Mr. Appliance on New Port Ritchey. GLAD i did. Talked with Brandy in the office (GREAT). Courteous, informative and responsive to my questions. Appointment set with Richard for the next day. Wow. Richard arrived on time, dressed perfect and shared his knowledge with my wife and I. Although the cost in parts for our Samsung units were high from Samsung, with his knowledge we will purchase new units. IF YOU EVER need repairs on your appliance DO NOT overlook Mr. Appliance for quick response, straight forward knowledge and a HONEST quote.

I had a appointment with Mr Appliance's tech Richard today. I want to say I really appreciated the service I recieved making the appointment and the Tech was honest! He didn't charge me for parts and labor to repair something I thought was broken but in fact told me it wasn't my dryer but my breaker. I replaced the breaker and my dryer works great!. Thank you for your honesty and quick response. I appreciated it very much. This service is a honest non- price gouging company I would highly recommend them. Thank you again so much.

Such great guys with the utmost professionalism and helpfulness. I called and got an appointment immediately. They were very knowledgeable, had over 20 years experience and courteous. My refrigerator is working perfectly thanks to them. Highly recommended.

Sadly, a misdiagnosis is also a charge the second time you ask them to come back to help fix a problem they never fixed the first time - even if they barely investigate. Probably will not recommend to anyone I know, including all of my realtor friends.

Rich was courteous and professional. He had to come to our home three weeks after repairing our refrigerator and found another issue. We had already spent quite a bit originally and we were somewhat frustrated that we needed another repair with another hefty cost. After speaking with Chuck at the office and sharing my concerns, he talked with Rich and he decided to order the needed parts and have the parts and labor completely taken care of free of charge! We have called upon Mr. Appliance Pasco County 3 times over the past 4 years. Each time they sent a technician out we have been pleased with the service, knowledge, and professionalism shown by each. This week it was our washing machine and our service tech, Devan had us up and running within an hour.
