Excellent job on my tile grout, carpet and furniture. Chris takes his time to do a fantastic job. He takes what he does very seriously and he is extremely proud of the work he does.

Just received my rugs back and blown away at the difference and amazing customer service from this company! I inherited few oriental rugs from my grandmother and they had been stored in a garage for some time and accumulated a lot of dirt and dust, after searching online for a carpet cleaning company I came across JJ’s and saw their 5 star reviews. From the first call I knew I picked the right place, the representative was super nice and honest, said someone would come out first for a free quote and not obligated to use them. Chris showed up on time, with mask and gloves, and was amazing all around! I opted for him to take the rugs to the warehouse to be cleaned and a week later I had them back in like new condition! Couldn’t be happier and will definitely be using them again and recommending to all my friends and family!

Chris is very professional and friendly. We were reluctant to bring someone else to clean our carpet due to bad experiences with other companies. However, he was highly recommended by one of my colleagues and he did a great job. I will be using him again.

From the moment Stephanie picked up the phone until the very next day they had finished cleaning my couch when my baby peed my couch again Chris was amazing, he came back and cleaned it at no cost they went above and beyond. I've known them for years, they are very friendly and tustworthy and they care for their customers. I highly recommend them. My couch looks like new!!

Highly recommend! I wanted to use and support a local, small business and I am so glad I did. Chris was very nice and professional. He had all the necessary protective equipment on (mask, gloves, booties) so I felt safe in having him in my home. He recommended some additional services but was never pushy or "salesy". We were seriously ready to just replace our living room carpet because of numerous pet stains we couldn't get out. I can honestly say the carpet now looks brand new! I also thought the price was very fair.

I have had my chairs cleaned, sofa cleaned but most times its my tile. When Chris is finished my home looks like I just installed new Tile. I was in search of a carpet cleaning service and I asked around in my network. J.J.s came highly recommended! I was told they had been taking care of her mom's home for years and that Chris was her guy! She was not wrong and now he is my guy! From the professionalism of scheduling an appointment to their commitment to timeliness and excellent service I am completely impressed! I cannot say enough good things about this young man! Chris was very professional and operates with complete customer satisfaction as his goal. We had him clean my mother’s townhouse carpets, at which time he honored a grandfathered price for her due to her loyalty. He did such a good job that we directed him towards my sisters house for more work.

JJ’s was recommended to me by a picky neighbor so I knew I would receive excellent service. Chris was great. My rug looked like new when it was delivered. He had to move my big sectional to place the rug in the proper location all was done quickly and with care! I will have him back to clean all of my rugs!

Chris did an amazing job bringing our sofa, loveseat and carpets back to their original new appearance. Spots were removed and even some white paint that had been on the sofa were gone. We had such a great experience getting our couch, rugs, and tile floor cleaned with JJ’s. Chris was at our home for well over 10 hours and was just as nice and pleasant when he finished as when he started. Our house is so clean and looks amazing. Highly recommend JJ’s.

Initial contact with Stacy was pleasant and scheduling was easy and within my schedule requirements. Chris arrived on time. Quote was fair and honest. Work was completed ahead of schedule and my rugs were clean and packaged ready for the movers. No regrets doing business with a professional small business.
