Ian and his team were awesome!! When Ian came out to assess the damage in April he was very thorough and took the time to educate me and explain the steps I would need to take to get the ball rolling and also explain the role his team would play during the remediation process as well. The work was completed timely and when his group ran into issues with the insurance adjuster assigned to the claim we were in constant communication and worked together to get the issue resolved so they could get paid for their work. It was a great experience and I truly enjoyed working with Ian and his team. I was back in RI while the work was going on and would not hesitate to recommend Restoration Maintenance to others in FL and while I hope to not have a similar issue again, if I were to I would certainly use them again! Addressed all the issues with professionalism, worked incredibly neat and efficiently. The crew was timely & courteous by staying in close contact to make arrangements for the daily work schedule. Dealing with Julio Castillo from Restoration Maintenance has been a great experience. He has been so professional, responded immediately when called for our leak and water issue. He started drying process snd returned daily to check progress. He put us in contact with mold inspector and reviewed the rest of the restoration process with us. I found the a/c leak in the interior closet of my mom's condo the evening she died. After completing the initial clean up myself, I interviewed five companies. Thankfully I called Restoration Maintenance; they were the fifth one I interviewed. They didn't use scare tactics, they were compassionate and provided a fair estimate for the work. I would hire them again, they were professional, finished the job in a timely manner and made the space look exactly how it used to look.

We are seasonal homeowners and found out from a friend that we had a flooded townhouse. RM responded immediately. They identified all the wet areas, pulled up carpet, removed baseboards, and hit the townhouse with a ton of fans. They got rid of all the moisture and helped us avoid bigger problems with mold. Julio checked in with us every day to give us status updates. They gave us tons of pictures to help with our insurance claim, and their prices were very reasonable for the scope of services provided. We highly recommend them!

Our washer overflowed and flooded 3 rooms. After calling Restoration Maintenance they came out within 2 hours. They were professional and courteous. They explained exactly what they needed to do and why they were doing it. My biggest concern was getting mold in the drywall. So grateful that that they took my concerns seriously and handled the job seamlessly while keeping me informed of what they were going to do to mitigate the problem. Due to their extensive experience and skill, they dried everything out and no water damage was evident. We will always call them first for any water intrusion issues and recommend them as well. Restoration maintenance did a great job helping remove mold from the apartment of my rental property. They were fast to come clean up the water and treat the mold before it could spread more. A+ customer service.

Restoration Maintenance was a great help when I had water damage. Julio came out on Sunday and cleared out the water and set out fans and and dehumidifiers. He took care of everything that needed attention He also came back the next 4 days. Julio also took care of the claim for the insurance company. I was very satisfied with everything that he did.

Highly recommend. I called for an emergency leak and they showed within minutes to start taking care of the water remediation. I primarily dealt with Julio who was fantastic with his communication and constantly kept me in the loop. They are knowledgeable, responsive, respectful, and extremely helpful during a very stressful process.

I have been working with Restoration Maintenance for the last week to access damage to my home from a water leak in the unit next to mine. Julio came every day to move the dehumidifiers to best remove the moisture. He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently responded to my many questions.
