Blatently tailgating at the entrance, with clearly posted no tailgating signs. Did not even attempt to call customer via gate box. Very unprofessional.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Such an unprofessional rude company - I would not recommend them to anyone. I think they only came to mow my lawn when I called to tell them it looked horrible and overgrown. Save your money because they are horrible at what they do.

I recommend Westchase Lawn Care for lawn care. I asked Jeff to choose a 4 stem robellini palm, plant it and get it established at my home. Palm is doing great and we are satisfied customers.

Jeff helped us out with a fall yard clean up. We were extremely happy with the results and the effort Jeff made to fit us in the schedule on short notice. The price was also very fair. 👍

Westchase lawn takes great care of your lawn as if you were his next door neighbor. They are a dependable company with fair fees for all available services. I would definitely rate them at 5.0

Unfortunately, this is a laundry list of issues over the course of 1.5 months. I gave the owner ample opportunity to resolve most of the issues but when resolution turned into even more issues and a verbal altercation with my neighbor, I had to let him go. This experience was the worst display of customer service I have ever seen in my life and I plan on submitting a complaint to BBB. List of issues:
- Overgrown shrubbery in back yard only trimmed first few weeks of service
- Overgrown shrubbery in side yard, also only trimmed first weeks of service
- Oversprayed roundup (I didn’t even give permission to spray and wouldn’t have since I hire another company to treat my lawn) killing my grass which, after 3 weeks, he finally replaced but with sod that was dying (also creating more damage to my property).
- Discolored house paint where weed killer was over-sprayed
- Cut Verizon and Telephone wires and wire covers where sod replaced oversprayed grass
- Cut Lawn Hose close to where sod replaced oversprayed grass
- Cut outdoor lighting wires, confirmed with Jeff’s employee that he would fix (still broken)
- Unkept lawn maintenance around sprinkler heads (dirt and weeds have overgrown)
- Verbally patronizing my neighbor after using his hose on his property

These guys are AWESOME in that they are highly dependable for my weekly lawn care. In addition, they trim up the hedges and lay down mulch. The owner is easy to work with when it comes to special projects, like shoring up a drain pipe or planting citrus trees. I've gone through 5 or 6 other companies in the last 22 years, and this team beats them all.

We have used Jeff's services for many years. His team is always on top of things and do an amazing job. He is very well priced and we would highly recommend Westchase Lawn Care to anyone! Keep up the great work!

Jeff runs an awesome lawn business. He is very conscientious of how each lawn looks and is cared for by him and his crew. His company actually sprays weeds, plus trims hedges along with the regular service of mowing, edging and blowing. He also fixtures broken sprinkler heads should him or his crew might rarely damage one. Plus he has been in business for over 25 years which may be very hard to find nowadays.

Paid for weekly mowing, they did not show up the majority of the time, getting ahold of anyone was a pain and they did not mow the entire lawn or edge some areas

I rarely write reviews, but after numerous attempts to reach out to Jeff (the owner) and numerous times talking with his crew about scalping my half my yard, ruining sprinkle heads almost now once a week for a year I feel others should be made aware before choosing a lawn company. The kicker in all of this, is I don't even use his service - my neighbor does and yet all though the property divide is clearly visible, both Jeff and his crew could care less about others property. My neighbors are great and have told him also, but still no response and still the same problems every week. It's just unreal to me.

Here's a top performing lawn care company that has taken care of my lawn for years. Dependable and honest they are great to do business with. They do a great job and offer sound advice along with fixing sprinklers, etc, as needed. I highly recommend them, you will be very happy with this choice.

Ihave used there service for 10 years. But ever since Jeff sold the business I'm very unsatisfied with them. I have a very small yard and the new owners have raised the price several times and quality of customer service has gone away! I definitely do not recommend them.

Till the time we had Jeff things looked good. Now it is gone to the dogs. No organization of data. They just raised their cost up. I called and cancelled multiple times and they kept charging. Finally someone cancelled and I got charge refunded. But they charged me again the following month. Don't sign up !! It is a trap.

I canceled lawn services months ago and they will not stop billing!! I have asked many times and they keep charging us.

Communication was excellent. Came out on time. Did everything we talked about and more. Very professional operation. Cleaned up when finished. Highly recommend calling Chris to trim your trees.
