Used them last year for rat exclusion from our roof. They came to seal roof, but 4 months later we still had rats in our roof. Called them back ( a different tech came back) he found the problem and agreed it was not correctly sealed the first time ( which we had paid about $1000 for). Then 6 months after that I had my dryer vent cleaned and the guy found that the dryer vent had been sealed. Pestbear had created a huge fire risk to my family and house. I contacted Pestbear and spoke with a manager who denied they had done this even though I had photos to prove it! Obviously the manager at the time of the initial sealing had not inspected the employees work. This company doesn’t care about you once they have your money and I would never recommend them. They don’t even deserve one star!

I have had Pestbear for several years now and definitely would not change. Every tech that I have had has been very professional and knowledgeable. I almost feel like they’re my friends. I can ask any question and they answer.

Just don't! I discontinued my service via multiple conversations with their customer service. Service continued, so I contacted management (Danny) who spent most of the call trying to sell me more service rather than listen to my concern. They said they would review the calls to make sure I actually asked to cancel (?!) He also made some pretty rude comments about people just not wanting to pay their bills. 🤨 They never called me back, and continued to bill me for the service I had discontinued and did not need or want. Customer service is marginal, management is awful. Choose a company that is better run.

Our lawn tech Robert M. Gets a 10/10. He is definitely the best and can't say enough good things about him. Corporate could definitely use improvement which is why I only gave 4 stars.

The representative Sherrod was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He was patient and explained the process of what I needed to have a beautiful lawn.

I have been a PestBear customer for many years. I started having an issue with my lawn. I contacted them asking for someone to come and look at my lawn. They setup an appointment for Friday morning. At noon on Friday I called and said nobody came or called. They told me they had until 5PM to fulfill the call. At 4:45 I called again and eventually spoke to a manager who gave an excuse. They promised to be out on Monday morning. I waited until noon on Monday, nobody came, nobody called. I called them asking to speak to a manager. I spoke to the same person who again apologized. I am one customer but I am not going to waste my money for a company that doesn't even have the curtesy of a phone call. I canceled my service.

I have no problem with their service. They’ve done a pretty good job as far as that goes, but these people seem to call me every single week and I’ve asked them not to do that. Either they’re calling and texting me five times every time they’re about to come out to my house or they call me to solicit me on more services. Today I got a call asking to leave a Google review. I asked the guy if he had seen notes on my account where I had asked them not to call me and he said yes, he saw them, but he called me anyway. So here is your Google review.

Had the worst experience ever with their rodent exclusion service for the attic. Was told that if we paid the $600 it would be 100% guaranteed. They came the first time to seal everything and set up traps. But they rarely came back to check on it.. we had to constantly call them back because we were still hearing activity. Amanda the girl who was in charged of scheduling was getting annoyed/rude because I kept telling her NOTHING was working. Later, I just started calling straight to the manager at the time who was Oren and originally we wanted our refund back but he told us it was not possible.However, he was kind enough to come back and help out as much as he could .. but we later called back to asked for him and was told he moved to a different location and we were told since it has been such a long time we would have to pay for a whole new service. THEY WERE MAKING US PAY ANOTHER $600 even though nothing was caught and the problem never got solved.SO UNBELIEVABLE literally felt like we got scammed out of $600…We ended up canceling our lawn service and everything else with them because we DO NOT trust this company anymore.

Brian and his crews are great at what they do. Attention to detail and quick response to any questions. When looking for a company to take care of your lawn, don’t pass up on these guys. They will treat you right.

They’re consistent and they do the job well. Any time we have bugs or pests show up in between the quarterly services they come out, charge free, and handle it. Their customer service and technicians are always helpful and do what they can to assist with any problems we run into

Our Pest Bear technician is very thorough and friendly. If we have any issues between service calls, they send someone out free of charge. Have had Pest Bear since we moved in 20+ years ago.

EMANUEL has been my technican for at least 5 years. He is an asset to Pest Bear. He is always courteous and friendly. We have never seen bugs in our house. He does a great job for termite and bug control.
