Good work fixing my air conditioner. I can feel much cooler after a replacement part was installed. I will use them again.

Could not repair without ordering parts. More reasonable to buy new machine. Very friendly, puntual and efficient.

Tech was very efficient and professional. Took apart our dryer and thoroughly cleaned it. It’s back actually drying clothes again (what a concept!😜).

I called them at 830 am and Vick was here by 11 am to fix my refrigerator. He did a great job. Was very thorough. I am very pleased. I will never call anyone else

I didn’t like the service. My complaint about the dryer is that it takes between 80 minutes and 1 hour to dry any amount of clothes, meaning the heat is not working properly.

Also, the technician should have contacted me directly to provide a detailed report of what he saw — instead, I had to reach out and ask, otherwise I wouldn’t have found out anything.

I don’t recommend them.

George was really nice. He arrived at the time that he said he was be here. Worked fast and efficient. Great company I would definitely recommend them.

Huge shout-out to Alpha Appliance Repair of Orlando! My dryer had been giving me grief for months! another company came out twice and still couldn’t fix it. On top of that, I couldn’t even run it on rainy days, and my electric bill was climbing faster than my laundry pile.

Then today, their tech swooped in like a superhero, spotted a clogged vent on the roof in under five minutes, and boom!! problem solved. My dryer now runs like it’s fresh out of the box. Fast, smart, and super professional! I wouldn’t call anyone else!

Vladimir has been here twice to fix my washer and now my ice maker.He is really reliable and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend Vladamir

I hired Alpha Appliance Repair now for the third time to fix my fridge and freezer. Vik is punctual, he is a man of his word (he does what he says he is going to do which makes me as a customer feel safe and trustful of him). Mr George Kolesnikov came to my house to repair our dishwasher and we don’t have nothing but the best compliments for this young man. I needed an explanation about my invoice call the office and my question was taken care of immediately.

Technician came out diagnosed situation ordered parts and returned few days later with part and install.

He was here less than 10 minutes used wet/dry vac and vacuumed the filter in the front and was done. Charged me $185.00.
Definitely won’t call for that again.
