I requested a quote for bathroom remodel, the person showed up and gave a rough estimate verbally. I reached out multiple times and no quote was provided or response received. I feel thankful I did not start my work with them, they would have taken money and never showed up. I hope nb else experiences such.

I called Israel on Tuesday Nov 29th,2022 and asked him if he could come out and give me an estimate that I needed for my bank. Israel assured me that he could come on Saturday Dec. 3rd. I then said to Israel please don't set the appointment if you wont show up because I really need the estimate. Fast forward to today Dec. 3rd. I texted Israel at 9:30 this morning to ask if he was still coming for the estimate? Israel texted back "Am running late" I then texted Israel and asked "what time do you think you think you can make it?" It was radio silence, no response from him, dead silence, no phone call, nothing. I waited until 3:30P still no show, no text, no call nothing. Israel I want to say to you that you have zero professionalism or integrity. Knowing that I really needed this estimate and you just chose to ignore me as if I was a dirty rag. I'm a 39 year Retired (female) Veteran that has more integrity in my fingernail than you have in your entire being. Where I come from a MAN is determined by his word, keeping his word and his action. You Israel would never passed boot camp in my Army. Grow up and understand what Integrity and professionalism is. I could care less what your other reviews say, when you treat one with callous disregard, it says everything about who you are. I Thank God he showed me who you are before I hired you! Look up the word Integrity!

Omg I just had laminate floors installed throughout the house with new baseboards. Israel and his assistant Flacco did such an amazing job! My floors are gorgeous! He is Very hard working and very meticulous. I have more jobs lined up for the future. He’s just that good! You won’t be disappointed! Patty Sansone
