They came recommended and they trimmed three Live Oak trees and a palm tree. We were pleased with the service and they were prompt and polite. Would use them again.

I understand hard work. I'm no stranger to manual labor. I've done some tree trimming myself, it's not easy, but working hard does not excuse bad behavior... If I were a business owner, and inadvertently damaged someone's property, I would "bite the bullet" and pay for the damages. That's what integrity is about... They damaged my property, made excuses, and did not own up to their responsibility... That says something about their character... I have health issues and a mountain of other issues to deal with and these "fine upstanding people" added to my list of issues. Now I have to clean up the mess they made of my property... Have a think. Look at things from another perspective...
