We have been Advantage Pest Related Services, Inc. customers for almost 30 years. They are a good company. The office is easy to work with. Our technician Steven, who services the inside of our home and the outside perimeter, is knowledgeable, reliable and amiable. We also have the lawn sprayed quarterly.

I highly recommend Stephen from Advantage Pest Related Services. He consistently does an outstanding job, always arrives on time, and is incredibly pleasant and professional He’s courteous and thorough, and thanks to his efforts, we never have any pest issues in our home. I have been with this company for 7 years. I am happy with their work and service quality. Throughout I had two technician and they were very competent, but the third person Juan who has been working on my condo last year does truly exceptional work, plus he is a very polite and pleasant fellow to deal with!

I have been using Advantage for the past 6 months to keep my lawn looking healthy and green and Lloyd has been doing a great job looking after it. Lloyd not only applies the proper chemicals and fertilizers but he also offers tips on taking care of it between his visits every other month. Lloyd is always professional, courteous, friendly and, most importantly, dependable. Advantage is lucky to have him as an employee. I highly recommend Advantage for your lawn care needs.

I have been using Advantage Pest Control for my lawn for a couple of years. My technician Lloyd comes to my house every 60-days without fault, he is always on time and does an awesome job treating my lawn, as necessary. He takes the time to explain the process to me, is very courteous and very thorough. He makes me feel like he really cares about the quality of my lawn. I highly recommend Advantage Pest Control!

I had a great experience with this pest control company, especially thanks to Bob. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Bob showed up on time, was very thorough, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. I've been trying to find a great Lawn control company for years and that is/was very hard to do. Until I looked in 2025 Best Pick Reports Quality Home Services Guide and found Advantage Pest Related Services. I went on google and saw 5 Star rated. I was sold and called for an appointment. Lloyd Willams came out and when I say he gave both my husband and I lots of information. He sprayed same day and after our second spray I am even more excited. Our lawn went from a 60% to 90% plus. It is so exciting to see the outcome after this service. We had a huge brown dry spot. After Lloyd sprayed and explained to us to be patient and exactly how to water...watching the growth and beauty of our lawn makes me very happy. It's been years since we had our lawn look this GREAT!!! Thank you Lloyd for your great service, professionalism, information shared and responding to calls & text as it pertains to questions about our lawn weed control.

I am in the commercial property space. I have been using Coastal Waste and Precision Portables on my properties through out South Florida for years. My rep Ashley is extremely responsive and always gets me what I need when I need it. Their containers are clean, which is very important to the buildings I supply them to. I have worked with many other other waste companies throughout the United States and Coastal Waste has the best service by far.

All the want to do is sell you the container, doesn't matter if the driver will be able to lift it and collect the garbage. They gave us a bigger size which couldn't be picked up. We were stuck with the garbage the entire week and after changing the delivery of the old size garbage 3 times they simply just pass by us on Friday and leave no honk no stop. They proceed to reschedule for Monday. They are a joke, couldn't care less about their customers. Drivers are nasty and just want us to do all the work for them.

Trash was not picked up on the regularly scheduled day. The office was closed by the time I got home, so I left a message on the website where I was assured that my message was important to them and they would reply right away. Did they? Of course not.
I called the office the next day and asked about the missed pickup
No explanation or excuse for missing pickup, they said they will pick it up next week. They definitely did not seem surprised or bothered by this situation.
I sure do miss our old company before Coastal bought them out. We were with that company for over 10 years. We will not be using this company for anywhere hear that long.

I am so pleased with the service ZURI provided.
It is hard to find good workers these days that are willing to treat customers like human beings. ZURI was very professional on the phone and answered all the questions that I had. She made me feel that I was important and that my business mattered. Her customer service skills are above standard and the company needs to hire personnel just like her that can treat people very professional in each and every call. I hope she reads this review because she deserves to be recognized for a great job.

Wish our city never moved from Waste Management company. This company is terrible. Their bulk drivers don't know how to accurately measure 4 cubic yards of bulk so they leave it there and tell you it's your cities responsibility at that point. They don't pick up after holidays if you were scheduled on the day of the holiday(Thanksgiving of course) so they make you hold your overflowing garbage and recycling until the following week. At least do us a service of picking up the day after the holiday... What a shame!

WARNING!!!!! This company needs to be investigated by the Federal bureau of Customer Protection.

They are a monopoly whit the absolute worst service.

Run from this company at any cost otherwise you will spend countless hours on the phone figuring out where the driver that’s supposed to pick up the junk is.

0/100, bad, not recommended. Is a private equity company that will bankrupt sooner that later.

Zuri & Wilda has been a tremendous help throughout my two projects. Always answered the phone with a great attitude and ready to help with all my needs regarding thrash removal. Coastal is truly represented great by these two. Coastal always picks up within 48hours.

ABSOLUTE WORST. management traps you in long term contracts and won't let you cancel. even tho they constantly miss trash pickups and can't get their billing department figured out. company is a joke. they will hear from our legal team

I have Coastal on my job site for dumpster (grapple) and portable toilets. We have used them on almost every job! Customer service is excellent and much appreciated along with all the services provided. I would recommend them on any site small or large.

Company is an absolute joke. Was quoted that my total would be around $600-700 and total ended up being charged $1377 and when I confronted my “salesman” Brian Kennedy about the situation he agreed something was wrong and then out of no where came back with “nope we didn’t do anything wrong, nothing I can do for you”. Customer service is an absolute JOKE. No one cares about the quote I received and have in writing vs. what I was actually charged. Stay far far far away from this horrible company

Worst roll-off service in South Florida. They can't tell you when they will service our account. They don't follow instructions. This has happened multiple times.When asked to exchange a roll- off they give an excuse that they don't have any available, which I believe is just poor management.
I don't recommend them if you have a busy job site.

coastal waste and recycling is an extremely professional business. my sales representative Ashley is incredible. Always responds to my calls. And the drivers are always there when I'm told they will be there. The service is impeccable and I would recommend them to anybody. Whether it be residential or commercial.

l ordered a dumpster for my home renovations in Boca through Ashley and the process was seamless. Val, Christian and Stephanie in customer service were extremely responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommended to my neighbors and anyone in need of waste removal service.
