The solver of problems! I called around to a lot of places. Most people don’t answer the phone or don’t wanna deal with small jobs or the unknowns. Mathew was willing to get into it, was affordable, and was a great guy! I highly recommend Jef sprinkler for all your irrigation and pump needs. I’m a happy customer and I will be using this company for life!

This is the first sprinkler company to ever return my phone calls in a reasonable time and actually take responsibility for their work in the 7 years I've lived in Boca. Mario knows what he's doing around the lawn and his helper Tim is right on it. By the way kudos to Natalie and Mathew their good business people.

I contacted JES Sprinkler for an estimate to repair my sprinkler system which had two broken pipes and damaged sprinkler heads. They scheduled a visit and determined what would be involved and provided me with a reasonable estimate to fix the problem. The crew worked a difficult situation rerouting broken underground pipes. Once the work was completed, they tested and fixed the sprinklers on the entire system. Mario and Mike did an awesome job and the system is fully operational. I highly recommend JEF Sprinkler and I will contact them again for any future sprinkler work I may need.

Arrived promptly and completed the repairs efficiently. The only unexpected thing was the 95.00 SERVICE FEE. I would have thought that the service call fee would of been discussed at time of initial phone call when setting our appointment. It never was until it was time to pay the bill. I also thought it might of been waived since repairs were completed. I like to keep my business locally to help support the town I live in. This company is maybe 3 miles / 5 minutes from my house. I could understand this if they had to travel to West Palm Beach and DID NOT DO THE REPAIRS .......

I had major problems with my sprinkler system. Three leaks all underground. Several heads gushing water out. Also, cracked pipes above ground. I called many sprinkler system companies. Most of them could not get to me for over a week. The ones that did were super expensive. He came out same day and did the work on the spot. He was also half the price of everybody else. Mario was polite, courteous and professional. He was quick and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

We were recommended deep roots by a reputable home building company. We were looking to redo our entire back yard: leveling, top soil, new sod, irrigation system, new trees, the works. The estimates came back competitive and they were able to do it I a timely manner. There were some issues with communication after the job was done trying to get them back out to look at some problem areas. Ultimately Dean was able to get back out to us and check on the property and make the appropriate corrections. This would have been a 5 star service had the communication been a bit better. But overall I would recommend Dean and his team to anyone looking.
