The customer service is horrible and the engineering department apparently does not have sufficient qualifications because in my house they failed the final binding inspection 2 times, the truth is I do not recommend this company, Mr. Natanael, head of costumer service, mistreats customers and Ignore the comments and Miss Nikki only offers as compensation a $100 Amazon card when I have had to pay high FPL bills for the product due to the delay in installation

Really bad experience overall, especially with salesman they promise stuff and once you sign contract they don’t reply your calls and start charging you for panels even when the panels are not operating yet, they take more than a year to finish
