I can only share my small experience, they did not perform any services for me. A week before my appointment I called to schedule. Spoke with somebody pleasant on the phone and they were able to assist me with an AC tuneup within a week. I was very happy about that. The morning of the appointment, the appointment time came and went and nobody has showed up. I automatically thought that I had the wrong date, so I tried to call them to get the correct date. When I called the number on the website the answering response was “mailbox is not available “. So of course I thought I had the wrong number and I ended up dialing the number four times with the same response. At 9:22 AM I did have the opportunity to speak with someone who stated “I see that you called 85 times “. Considering my appointment was at 9 AM, no one called, Had no estimated time that they would be there, and I just had somebody get rude with me over the phone. I pretty much determined this was not a company I wanted to do business with. If you decide to call them I hope you have a better experience than I.

My experience with Knights Air. They came out promptly assessed the problem and gave me my options. Lee Sisson gave me his opinion of what needed to be done and why. I decided a new unit would be my best option seeing the old unit was undersized and to many problems. They gave me a competitive price. Today was install day. They were prompt, clean and professional. They replaced my entire unit in under 3 hours. Lisa Caldwell Sisson received a panicked call from me saying only 2 vents were blowing air. Lee turned around and came back. It had been so long since my a.c. worked correctly, I didn't realize the fins on the vents Were directing the airflow along the ceiling and not down. I will absolutely 100%
Only use Knights Air from hear on out.
