I was very happy with the air duct cleaning service. Dillon and Michael arrived on time and got right to work cleaning the HVAC ductwork, vents, and air returns. They were professional, explained the process clearly, and kept communication excellent from start to finish. Since the cleaning, the dusty and musty odor is gone, and the air feels much fresher and cleaner, which is especially noticeable with the warm Florida weather. I highly recommend this duct cleaning team.

The repair involved changing out the timer on my laundry dryer. The timer has to be ordered and then installed. The repair man was early, friendly, competent and efficient. My husband and I are so happy with Quality Complete Home Services! Their prices for services and products are reasonable and the repair personnel are always knowledgable and competent. They immediately know how to check and evaluate the problem(s). If anything needs to be replaced or ordered, it’s done quickly.

After repairing a leak in the line and adding freon, the unit is cooling down the best that it has been in two years. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Quality showed up on-time within the window I was given. The condensate line had clogged which prevented the system from running, it was quickly fixed and I was back in service before they left. tl;dr: Would recommend.

The main reason i went with Quality Service is bc they service the kings point community. I figured that they would have the best expertise in desling with the outdoor plumbing issue that i needed to have fix. They did not disappoint. From getting a quote and quick assessment of what needed to be repaired and how to the finished job it was a stress free experience.
