Very good company. Excellent service. I have a house built in the early 1900's. Needless to say it has it's challenges and High Tower Electric did a great job meeting them. They installed a brand new service and rewired multiple outlets. Jason came out a couple of times to make sure the job was done correctly. Polite and respectful staff.

I had a home inspection done and the inspector noted some aluminum wiring which triggered my insurer to ask for repairs. I contacted Hightower and Jason asked me to send him the report. He looked it over and told me the inspector neglected to mention that it was for the air con which is allowed. Jason could have come out and charged me a service call but he did this over the phone with no charge to me and the inspection report was amended. Fantastic proactive customer service.
