Max Miller with Miller’s Land Services did a great job helping clean up our job site in St. Pete. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and showed up exactly when he said he would. The work was done quickly and the site was left clean and organized.

If you’re doing any construction, land clearing, or site cleanup around St. Petersburg, Max is someone you can rely on. It’s refreshing to find someone local who is professional, dependable, and takes pride in the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Max is a fine young man who is working diligently to start his own business. Immediately upon meeting him, I knew we were in good hands. He was prompt, offered opinions/suggestions, and charged a fair and reasonable fee. Ours was a relatively small job, yet Max treated us as if we were his most important client. We are extremely pleased with the final result and will be calling on him again in the future!

I would give 10 stars I could. These men show up and work hard, I could just say that, and in Florida, that would be a great review. I needed a lot of dirt removed from my backyard, but my backyard was walled in. I did not get a lot of responses from people, but Miller’s land services came in and by hand did everything and they did it in two days their workers did I tell you they show up and they worked hard.

Max did some quality grade work. Highly recommend his services.

I had max come out to grade my backyard after my pool installation, and he did an amazing job. Very was professional, showed up on time, and made sure everything drained properly. The yard looks perfect now and ready for sod. Highly recommend them for any land or grading work!

After searching for a grading company that could handle my rather difficult project, I had 5 different companies come take a look and give me a bid for the work. I lacked confidence in their abilities and their pricing was so far from realistic.
Max with Millers came out to look at my job and provide a quote at this point I was frustrated and didn’t think anyone would do the job the way I needed it and if they did their price would be beyond what I could afford.
I can tell you Max knows his stuff, and is the easiest person to talk to and wrk with. It took me one day of watching him work the property and I knew I had found the best in the industry!!!!

Don’t waste your time calling any one else , these guys know their stuff and will treat you more than fair not to mention leaving your grading job looking like a master piece!!!!

My husband, who has been an equipment operator for 50 years, was impressed with Max’s abilities and delicate touch with his machine. It’s easy to make a big mess with a machine which results in more man hours, especially if you get an operator who is in a hurry. Max had excellent control of his machine and was very careful not to cause damage in tight, delicate areas of the site. It was easy for us to communicate to him what we wanted at the site and for him to then achieve those goals.
The next time we need excavation work done at a site. We will definitely be calling Max Miller Services

Max was very responsive and able to accommodate our changing plans with a great attitude. We had him pull out a huge oak tree stump and level a section of our front yard, then bring in some top soil and sod. The finished project looks amazing! Thanks Max!

I hired Max to remove dirt and put down mulch and install edging. Max was great to work with and came out when scheduled and on time. Finished job in a timely manner. Vwry satisfied. Would recommend.

I have used Miller’s Land Services on a number of jobs at my home and the level of skill and attention to detail is outstanding.

They just replaced the sod that my flood damaged furniture killed in 2024.

Here’s how I give 5-star ratings: remove old grass from my yard, add fill dirt and then replace with sod and have a clean road, a clean driveway and a clean sidewalk when the job is done.

I highly recommend them for good work at a fair price.
