I live out of state and needed service in fla. James came right away and was so professional and worked very hard to correct the problem which was much worst than what we thought. He worked very hard to help correct the problem. Going to get a maintenance contract now with Billfish.

Scheduled a maintenance service plan with them and took over a month and a half to be able to schedule my service. My AC went out a week before my appointment and they wanted to charge me to come out after they had charged me a month and a half prior to a service that hadn’t yet been completed. I asked them to cancel my appointment and they waited three days to cancel and let me know at 4:54pm before a long holiday weekend. Now I have to wait out the long weekend to contact another company to schedule service. Petty move and very unprofessional. Don’t use them.
