Had a great experience with the Service Tech Ben. We had some issues with the condo association and Ben kept his composure and was very friendly and professional. He did a great job and I was amazed how much he cleaned out of the dryer duct.

Curtis came to my house and installed a brand new ac and I can't compare him to no other technician he's the best ever.

I do not know anything about AC. Mike took so much time to explain to me in detail how to maintain my AC and how to be proactive on decreasing humidity in my home. He explained the ins and outs of my unit and gave me a better understanding on how it works. I would highly recommend Mike , he is an honest transparent gentleman that knows his stuff !

I’d like to give a huge shout out to Curtis and Mike. Our home was in an emergency situation as it pertained to our AC unit. The unit was on the verge of collapsing due water dripping through the drywall. Curtis and Mike worked diligently, persistently, and extremely hard in order to install the unit while rain was in the forecast. Needless to say, they completed the job with no hiccups whatsoever. Their professionalism was outstanding and their eye for detail was unmatched. I would refer Inca Air to anyone a million times over!! Thanks again Curtis and Mike!!
