This was our first time using your company, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the confirmation of the appointment the night before including a photo of the tech arriving the next day, to a phone call the day of service from Ronald, our technician, with an approximate arrival time.
He arrived on time, wore shoe coverings, and brought a mat covering the floor of his work area. He was honest, helpful and troubleshot the issue within a short time. The installation of the part went smoothly and quickly. Very pleased with not only the professionalism, but workmanship too.
