We-Fix Appliance Repair Tampa

The absolute worst place to ever use for any repairs. It’s been more than 4 days since I’ve hired them to repair my WORKING MACHINES and $780.00 later they are no longer working condition I contacted them and they refused to come to my house to at the very least repair my dryer after I spent $70 washing and drying my clothes at the laundry place and had some still wet so I just spent over $200 fixing my dryer no problem but unfortunately it turned on for about 10 seconds and it still won’t turn on so now I’m sitting here with humid clothes and NO WORKING DRYER? They want you to trouble shoot your own appliances so they don’t have to make a new trip out to you because they won’t repair my NOT working dryer until they can fix my NO LONGER WORKING WASHER?? The most unprofessional and dishonest company ever, please if this can motivate anyone to use a different company for their repairs then I am happy at least because I don’t want anyone experiencing this kind of service because $780.00 may not seem like a lot to some people but it does to me, I don’t mind paying but at the very least at least do what you are FULLY PAID BECAUSE I PAID THEM OUT FULLY ON THE FIRST DAY THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE FOR EVERYTHING! To do, now I have to continue to wait more days to have my machines working!
They are quick to assume things that fit there narrative but I took pictures myself and the clothes that sat in my washing machine yesterday are still sitting soaking on the cement floor and the customer service representative who tried to tell me what I just put in my dryer definitely needs more customers service training and it’s because of him I will take pictures and videos because they will definitely tell a story to fit their narrative and that’s not a TRUSTWORTHY TRAIT ANY REPAIR COMPANY SHOULD HAVE! Wish I could leave -stars

Wonderful experience with We-fix, have used them multiple times for refrigerator and oven problems. Paul did a fantastic job and was fast and efficient in fixing the problem. Thank you!

I called We Fix Appliance to come out and repair a two year old refrigerator that was not working. They were able to come out the same day and fix it. The service tech (Arthur) was on time and found the problem in less then a 1/2 hour. Arthur did a great job and was very east to talk with ref the problem. When I called in the female that I talked with said it would be $89.00 dollars to come out, but that dollar amount would be applied to fix the refrigerator if they did the work. So I told him to do the work once he found out what the problem was, which was a bad defrost timer. When it came time to pay they charged me $76.93 for the timer and $175.00 for labor, $7.00 service fee for a total of $264.53. My question was why did they not apply the $89.00 towards the fee to come out off the total bill? All in all the refrigerator is working and I use it as a spare in a rental unit.
