Jack's Crew were very professional and courteous, arrived on time both days, worked really hard to trim several truck loads of live oak branches and palm fronds that might have fallen on the house during a hurricane. They thinned the canopy and left the yard impeccably clean.
Several neighbors were impressed by the work and asked for business cards from the crew.

Used them years ago and they were fine. Called recently for a new estimate. Never showed up for the appointment, never called to say they would not be coming. Never answered their phone nor returned any voicemails after that. Not professional. Don't waste your time.

Horrible customer service, took off of work to arrange a quote on services and whom ever stopped by only stayed 5 mins without saying good morning or anything.
Also for his safety i would ring the door bell first before walking into someones courtyard wwithout saying who you are and walking away as we were coming outside.
The person was very short and seemed bothered by having to interact with possible customers.
$600 for one tree is not acceptable quote.

They are promt, reasonable, front off is easy to work with for want in Vero Beach fl when this was going on. I saw a picture of after the tree was gone. Like the tree and everything was gone and looked fanatic

Jacks tree service was hired by our HOA to trim our trees before hurricane season . They did an excellent job of trimming our tall palm trees and other vegetation . They did a great job of cleaning up our driveway and around our pool area.

My association hired this company to trim our once beautiful, old, Vero Beach Live Oak Tree... You know... the grand old trees that grace our beautiful island? Well, that once beautiful tree will now bring tears to your eyes! The tree no longer looks like a grand old Live Oak Tree. It has been butchered beyond recognition and what is left of the once beautiful, old, grand Vero Beach Live Oak Tree is just a heartbreaking reminder of what once was. This tree will never grow back, it will never regain it's once beautiful natural shape. The tree has been permanently and forever defaced. Let the buyer of this tree service beware... !!!

Had a 50ft pine cut down and all of my palm trees trimmed. These guys were awesome! They came and gave a quote within a few days and had me on the schedule the following week. They did an amazing job and had the whole job down in two hours.

Jack's came out to trim my large Laurel Oak for hurricane prep and dead branches. They came out to my home and spoke with me on what is a priority and isn't, how the tree was in general, and answered all my questions honestly. A “Well Oiled Machine” is one way you can describe Jack’s Complete Tree Service! Other descriptions may include; exceptional, outstanding, first class or simply the best! We first met with Brad to talk about a few trees that needed to be removed for a planned new pool installation and to get his recommendations as a local tree expert for some things in our yard that required help. Right away Brad started assessing our needs and knew exactly what needed to be done to accommodate the pool and for our future landscaping ideas. Some of the trees that needed to be removed for the pool required a permit. Brad took complete control of this process by preparing all the necessary paperwork and speaking directly with our pool contractor to coordinate his efforts. Because of Brad, the permit was issued in a timely manner, and within a week following the permit Brad and his team showed up at our house to do the work. Before they started Brad went through the project with us again to confirm everything we were doing and gave clear instructions to his team. He left his team to get the job done. This was a well-organized team of professionals. Each worker had a specific task with matching skill level and they worked together flawlessly. We lost count but there were at least 10 workers here moving in all directions along with a half dozen large commercial vehicles in front of our house. All their equipment and vehicles were clean and high quality – you could see the company pride in just their equipment alone, plus all the team members wore a company shirt. Some of the equipment included an ATV with a large cart to haul logs and debris, a self-operated boom lift and a second lift mounted on a large commercial truck, ladders, chainsaws, grinder, ropes and pulleys, safety harnesses, large debris collection containers, rakes and an assortment of other tools. Each worker moved to an area of our yard as though they knew exactly the place to be like they have been here a hundred times before. Everything was being used at the same time, the lift was up in one tree, the ladders were in another, the grinder was grinding stumps and the ATV was gathering debris as fast as it was being cut while other workers were raking. They worked non-stop from morning until lunch with only a 10 minute break. After lunch they started again and as their workday continued a huge pile of debris lined the street in front of our house. My wife and I were so impressed that we found ourselves watching them work the entire time, it was so masterfully done. As they were finishing their work one of the members called us out to go over everything that they did and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Then he informed us he would be back shortly with a large claw truck to remove the debris in our front yard. He returned as promised and after picking everything up they raked and cleaned the front yard, street and sidewalk. When they were finished you would never know they were even here. The next day I received a follow up call from Brad wanting to make sure we were satisfied with their work. He also assured me that if anything was found in the days ahead to let him know and he will correct as needed. It takes a lot to impress me and when I am impressed I go out of my way to write an exceptional review. I owned a service company for over 30 years so I know firsthand the challenges that come with organizing a team of crafted individuals. Few can actually get the job done so well and Brad, with Jack’s Complete Tree Service, is one of those few.

Brad and his crew were amazing. Having two major oak trees that needed to be trimmed was daunting to me. The crew trimmed those trees safely, cleanly and with expertise. I would recommend them completely.
