After contacting more than five other companies, they are the only ones who have met our needs. They have gone above and beyond to help us. You can feel confident in getting the job done in a stellar manner.

These guys were great! Matthew was a gentleman and very polite. They went above and beyond my expectations, so much so that I recommended them to my neighbors, and he had them to do some work for him, he was very pleased. Will be calling them again real soon for more great work!

Grand Oaks did a great job trimming some giant oaks and taking down some weed trees between properties. The price was better than others, the did it professionally, timely, and did their best with multiple homeowner requests. We will use them again. Highly recommend.

Discovered broken top limbs of huge oak tree in backyard down barely missing my RV. Called and received a quick response from Mathew. David came out within the hour. Due to pending weather proceeded next day. WOW impressed me the way this crew worked safely and efficient. All of the crew (family) were professional and well aware of dangers involved. The way this tree limbs.broken and twisted from down bursts thunderstorms. Tree was healthy no rot and several other homes had tree problems in the immediate area.
I wanted to share this with all and recommend them if you have similar problems. Special congrats to David and his sons as well as John’s hard work.

We had an emergency tree situation, I called Grand Oaks Property Maintenance and within 24 hrs they were on the job, taking care of business! The workers were extremely respectful and completed the job in the time frame they quoted. Great prices, great company! Check them out!!!

The guys did a great job removing a very large tree from our backyard. Tree was in a very difficult spot and they were able to get it down no problem. I would definitely hire them again for future tree removal.

We needed a large oak close to the house taken down and a number of other large branches removed. They showed up same day for the estimate, did the job the next day. Showed up on time, very professional, did a great job and cleaned up nicely. No damage to the house or deck. I highly recommend Grand Oaks.

They removed a large water Oak from my backyard, to that I'm happy about. However the contract also stated grinding of large above ground roots and tree stump, along with telling me I'd be satisfied with the work. Tree stump wasn't taken down to even ground level and above ground roots were still present. I had to pay another company to come out today to complete the job. You'd really think that for a job that you charge the customer $7,800 for, it would be done to the satisfaction of the customer. Instead I paid out $550.00 today to another company.

The crew did a very good job removing a tree that was in a difficult location and avoided causing any damage. They also did a great job cleaning up around the two trees that they worked on. I would highly recommend them to anyone very pleased with the service.

I hired Grand Oaks after Hurricane Ian for tree removal, land clearing, and debris clean up on our 2 acre property. I can't recommend them enough - they were friendly, respectful, and extremely hard working. We walked through the property again on the day of just to make sure they covered everything we initially discussed. They did a wonderful job!!! I'll definitely be hiring them again.

Matthew and his crew arrived early and went right to work on both of our trees. The one in the front went quickly but the tree in the backyard was more of a challenge so it required a crane. His crew was up to the challenge and made quick work of the tree removal. He and his crew were respectful of the property and left little to clean up. The price was reasonable and thousands less than the other estimates I received. The stumps were ground to my satisfaction and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with the services offered. Contacted them and they came out same week to help take care of trees, roots, and stumps that were either dead, came down during the last hurricane, or going to come down soon from a bad storm. Contact process was a breeze and was fairly priced. Definitely have them saved for any future needs!

Matthew and his crew were here today for the second time. The first, last month, was to cut two large trees which needed to come down for safety’s sake, and this time was to prune and lighten up several old trees on our property. They arrived promptly at 8:00am and didn’t stop until they were done, at around 1:30. Very professional from start to finish. Seamless work and cleanup. I will definitely call him again, and highly recommend them for any and all tree removal/maintenance.

Matt and his crew trimmed and thinned my live oak. It was not a easy job as his crew had to climb, secure self and rope and tie limbs lower and carry to trailer. The crew was very professional and did a great job of cleaning up. Will be using in the future, again thanks Matt and crew.
