This company started taking care of our Condo Association’s landscaping on an annual contract in November of 2021 at a reasonable price and seemed like they would be a good fit. They really talked a great game. However once spring came along almost every week calls had to be made to find out if or when someone was coming to cut, trim, check irrigation, finish mulching, trim palms and other jobs.
We were led to believe that manpower was the issue. After waiting for “Creative” to cut after 12 days in August they decided to invoke their “30 day out” of their contract. 3 days later they said that they just couldn’t service our community anymore and tried to push another landscape company on us at our expense. You can imagine how our lawns were looking after 12 days during the rainy season.
I come to find out that other communities had the same thing happen to them also.
They do great work as long as you can get them there to work.
If you plan to go with Creative Landscape Solutions you may want to have a backup plan just in case they do the same to you.

Michael came out to the job did a quote for me was efficient, work with me on scheduling and he actually put on a pair of dust booties before he walked to my house. I knew I was in good hands. I had my whole backyard converted to artificial turf and I couldn't be more happy. Definitely recommending him to any family and friends and I'm having him do my home now as the business looks great
