We just moved in and I knew the previous owners had pets, but oh my god... the amount of fur and dust Air Install pulled out was actually embarrassing. They showed me the pictures before they started and after they finished—night and day difference. I can finally breathe without sneezing every five minutes. If you haven't had your ducts cleaned in a few years, just do it. These guys were great and didn't leave a mess.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS REALLY SMOOTH AND PROFESSIONAL!! HAD MY OLD A/C BREAK DOWN AND CALLED SAWGRASS EARLY IN THE MORNING!! GOT APPROVED FOR MY CREDIT IN A SHORT TIME AND GOT MY NEW UNIT INSTALLED IN THE SAME DAY!! THE RECEPTIONIST ON THE PHONE EVEN HAD MY UNIT REGISTERED FOR WARRANTY AND I DIDN’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THAT!! THE TWO MEN INSTALLERS WERE VERY NICE AND TRIED TO MAINTAIN THEIR WORKING AREA CLEAN!! IN ALL I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE!! GREAT A/C UNIT ALSO!!

i would just like to say this is the most unprofessional company i have ever felt with i have built 4 homes and they never finished installing my unit correctly my bathroom ceiling fell in they did not wire the float switches to electric and i have mold all over my duct work they put in 2in a half years ago unit has never worked right due to unknowledgeable installers this unit cost me almost 10,000 i am a single mom with kids with asthma and one with lupus this has wrecked havoc on my family tried to resolve this matter and got no where sent certified mail to office and to francisco roberto morales only to have it returned. this is not the end of this trust me someone is going to make this right word of mouth is one of the best advertisements my next coment will be with chanel 12 news with all documentation and pictures of this job also the 20 something cancellations i have marked on my calendar.all i asked from this company was to make it right and they refused there salesman said this would be the best unit for us i wanted a split unit so the company then tells me the sales rep didn't know what he was doing and dosent work for them anymore this was two weeks after my purchase sales rep was brad j knee there is now mold all over my duct work they put in.......tina molinari

Pure & Simple, after installing a new unit for us, they Never registered it with Rheem for the 10 year warranty

They are prejudice. I scheduled an appointment to service my AC and after waiting 3hours they didn't show, because they said I live in a bad neighborhood. They are unprofessional and I will never call them again.

These guys are amazing. Service was exceptional and the definition of above and beyond. They treated us like family, and took the time to ensure everything that could be fixed was.
Would recommend to family and friends 100%.

I called a around a few different companies to inquire about some general questions, I felt the need to give this particular one a review. The woman on the phone, Gloria was so patient and accommodating. She took her time with me I didn't feel rushed off the phone or like I was disturbing her as I have felt with other places that I have called. Truly a pleasure to have some good help, it's so hard to find these days.

This company was a scam... They didn't even bother to register the unit they installed.. now they're bankrupt, and I can't get the shoddy work repaired.

Don’t believe a WORD of their response. Their work is something that CANNOT be repaired. It will forever be a problem in this house unless we move the entire unit, slab, ductwork. They closed and went bankrupt, and now they’re reopened under the same name to scam more people.
