This company is incredibly unprofessional and I not recommend that anyone gets any services completed by them.

We had a lawn service appointment for yesterday; the appointment was open, so they were expected to come anytime throughout the day. By 6pm (it’s dark out) we decide to call and check in. We’re met with a “we weren’t able to get them out today” so why exactly wouldn’t we receive some sort of call or update if that was the case? Why wouldn’t your reschedule us or make us aware in some capacity?

So they told us they’d come out the very next morning @7am. At 8:30, we call because no one showed up. The person answered the phone she’s yelling “HELLO?! HELLO?!” As if we’re calling a personal lawn line And hung up. We called back to no answer. The service is absolutely horrid and they should be ashamed. They are no longer welcome to service our yard and we will be reporting them to the company they are contracted through.

Awful. This will be shared on every platform available as well.

Horrible experience, please avoid! Willie is a one man operation, while he has good intentions he cannot follow through. There was months delay, and kept finding additional work that 'needed' to be done, that had nothing to do with the project, for additional cost. He took on a project that was over his head. I brought in a contractor once we cut ties with Willie, and the majority of the work was wrong and done unsafe. Open electrical wires, framing that would cause damage to the house structure, plumbing done incorrectly, HVAC done incorrectly.

They saved us when we needed to change our meter. Dealing with both city and county was a bit of a pain and Neal Price knew exactly how to navigate the permits. Highly recommend!

Neil is a true professional. He replaced outdoor lighting for our facility. It was a big job, Neil made it seem easy. He is professional, courteous, and true to his word. I would recommend Neil and we plan to continue to use him in the future.

Honestly wish I could give them 10 stars. Neal Price was fantastic, fast, efficient. He did a great job re-wiring the outside of my home after Tropical Storm Irma, a fallen tree and some huge branches did a real number on my electrical wires and connection. When he left the mess was gone, the work looked above and beyond what I expected and the upgrades were exactly right. He knew what he was doing, he explained everything to me and really cared that I was happy with the work. It was refreshing to see someone care that much. Highly recommend.

Neal Price Electric serviced my house very efficiently and was extremely communicative. Sherri was AMAZING and kept me updated every step of the way. They'd even called Georgia Power just prior to completing their work to make sure they'd make it sooner in the evening. I truly appreciate everything they did to bring our power back!

Neal and his team are the best of the best! They helped us recover from a major disaster and stayed until the job was complete (more than 24hrs). Neal answered his phone at 12:30a, walked into a very stressful situation with very little information to go on, and never skipped a beat. Even at 2 in the morning, he was able to source (outdated) parts and equipment, helped plan and implement a temporary solution to get our business back up and running quickly, and worked hand in hand with other contractors onsite to make sure we were back in business as soon as possible. Throughout the project, Neal provided information and updates and remained fluid to accommodate our needs in serving our customers. Neal and his team have even continued to follow-up in the days after to make sure all is well, and to assist in the final steps of recovery, Thanks to Neal and team, we are forever grateful for all of your hard work in our time of need!

I’m the President of a condo HOA. I had dangerous arcing and burnout in a very old breaker within my building’s meter pack that serves my whole building but affected my particular unit. It was such an issue that GA Power sent out multiple people and trucks, but the failing electric breaker was ultimately the responsibility of the HOA. Neal was the most professional and knowledgeable electrician we had out. He was able to find and install the breaker that nobody else could. as it is no longer made. He’ll shoot straight with you!

Late on a Football Saturday afternoon, a contractor accidentally drilled thru the main entrance cable at my house. A loud pop, with power outage ensued (including close neighbors). We were lucky the house didn't catch fire. It was very hard to find anyone reputable willing to fix the problem on a weekend. Neal Price came through with help from his crew, working out a plan with me on that Saturday evening. By Sunday evening all was fixed and power was back on. That kind of service and professionalism is, sadly, hard to fine these days. Neal will serve you well.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor. Mr. Price came out to help me with an emergency for my Mom at almost midnight. He stayed for almost three hours diagnosing and attempting a repair he was not responsible for. I’m extremely grateful for his help and diligence. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Neal Price Electric. As a single woman, it is always scary to have to call an electrician. Sherry was helpful even before I made the appointment. She wanted to make sure I called Georgia Power first, so they wouldn't have to charge me to come out. When I did make an appointment, Beth came out and saved the day. She was so kind and explained everything that was going on. She was so honest and fast working, and I am so appreciative.
