Joey's removed two trees for us last year and ground the stumps. Since then, it became apparent that one of the stumps was not ground completely, and a large chunk remains. We want to install grass in that area and cannot do so until the stump is completely ground. I have called numerous times and only once received a return call, stating they would confirm a time within the hour to come take care of it. They never called back. Since then, I have called and left messages at least four times, and they have not returned a single call. I do not want to have to pay another service for their partially completed work.
