We’ve used this cleaner for years and always had a good experience. Also like the shoe/purse repair service—they do high-quality work.

I recommend this cleaners for the handling of any silks or clothes of treasured fabric. Nash, the owner, has rescued any number of my favorite pieces. If he can't take care of a problem I have created, I know no one can.

I brought a faux leather purse in about a month ago to have one snap put on it keep the open top closed.
The woman that helped said she would have to ask "him," I'm assuming the owner, if he can do it and she would have him call me when he comes in. He was due to be in a couple days. About a week or two later I called and spoke to the woman again and she was surprised he hadn't called me, but she would make a note and make sure he did next time he was in (a day or two). Never heard. Went into the store about a week later and it was still sitting on the shelf untouched. Again, she was surprised and again, said he would call me.
Last week I went in the store and the snap had been put on the purse. The price on the ticket was $30. The cost of the purse itself was $30. No one had called me about it ever, not to mention, about the outrageous cost. I asked the woman to have the owner call me, but no one has called. Surprise.
I am done with this business.

****These people do not respond to phone calls or messages to their website.*** I've been trying to reach them for several days to change an appointment. No one is answering the phone and voice mail is full so impossible to leave message. Voice mail has been full for at least 24 hours. No response to written message either in 24 hours. I've used them in past. The work is fine; the office customer service not so much!

Andrew was so professional and did an outstanding job! My house is squeaky clean. The price is right, the service excellent!
