Daniel Foster did a great job of walking us through the process! His thoroughness and attention to detail was much appreciated. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend him!

Daniel from AquaGuard is amazing! He’s incredibly thorough, genuinely honest, and a very kind person. You can tell he truly cares about people and about doing his work the right way. I would gladly recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Kornbread and Zeke did a wonderful job addressing the excessive moisture issue in our basement by installing a moisture barrier and dehumidifier. They also installed a grated irrigation system to drain excess water. The job was done professionally and on time. The company is highly recommended.

After getting a massive quote from Aquaguard, I had two other companies come assess the situation. Both independently confirmed what I suspected: Aquaguard overquoted me tremendously, for "solutions" that wouldn't address the actual root cause of my issue (which the other companies did detect by simply pulling back my insulation to discover rotting subflooring. The Aquaguard inspector was under my hours for 2 hours and I guess never did that).

Dont be fooled by all the 5 star reviews -- I believe even I left one in the past! The salesmen come, charm you and ask you to leave a review with their name in it

Raymond and Brian were great! Punctual, friendly and informative. Answered all questions and did an amazing job. Our walkway hasn’t looked this good since buying the house. I couldn’t be happier with their work. They make a great team. Job was done in a timely manner and end results and conversation about results were spot on. Thank you Raymond and Brian. I highly recommend. Wish I had a before photo but the after says it all.

Took my lunch hour to meet the salesman and he was over a hour late for the appointment. He did not even call to say he was running late.
I Finally received the quote, negotiated the contract with the project manager. This repair was in a condo with the HOA.
Tried to get an invoice for down payment from Melanie for three weeks so we could mail a check. Today she says I have to start the process over.
They did work at my house last year and had to come back out under warranty.
They have a high turnover rate of employees and don’t care about the small jobs. 5k and under.

We had our service visit today for our dehumidifier in the basement. Aric Gorman was our service technician and he went above and beyond a normal service call to check the crawl space for water intrusion. He was also very friendly, polite and explained the checks he did. Thank you Aauaguard and Aric for great customer service.

I am extremely pleased with Aquaguard. Today my technician , Nicholas Beuoy did a service check. He was very personable, professional, and competent. He explained everything to me very thoroughly. He made suggestions about needs and improvements and what I especially liked ....no pressure. I plan to follow up on his suggestions and I recommend him and Aquaguard most highly.

Adrian, our service tech, was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection of our home. He brought special equipment that measured everything on site. Although we are unable to employee AGS at this time, we were very impressed with Adrian, and hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

I cannot recommend Adrian and AquaGuard highly enough. In my 10 years of real estate experience, I have worked with many service providers, but none have matched the outstanding care, professionalism, and integrity that Adrian brings to the table. His commitment to doing what’s right for his clients sets a gold standard in this industry.

Recently, my client and I were faced with a significant moisture and mold issues. Adrian took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, explaining every step in a way that made us feel confident and informed. His expertise and honest recommendations ended up saving us over $10,000 compared to quotes from other companies. This wasn’t just about cost savings—it was about trust. Adrian’s approach made it clear that he genuinely cared about our best interests rather than seeing us as just another transaction.

His kindness, patience, and thoughtful communication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. Adrian’s ability to combine technical skill with heartfelt customer service is truly rare. If you are considering any foundation or waterproofing work, do yourself a favor—do not go with anyone else if it’s not Adrian at AquaGuard. Choosing anyone else risks overpaying and missing out on the personalized care and integrity that Adrian delivers every single time.

Thank you, Adrian, for your exceptional service and for setting the bar so high in your industry!

Daniel came to our home and reviewed with me, the process and procedures with which we could expect. His analysis was thorough, well explained, and when I had questions, he answered them with complete honesty and showed integrity throughout the entire decision making process.

Daniel also displayed incredible patience while we pursued other estimates. And on top of that, he always provided reminders of what steps they’d take, when they’d arrive, and the follow up care that AquaGuard delivers.

We wouldn’t hesitate to request Daniel Foster and AquaGuard again with additional foundational issues, as his professionalism and sincere care for our situation was absolutely top-notch.

Working with Daniel Foster was a great experience. He brings a level of kindness and approachability to his work that is hard to find. He is incredibly reliable and carries himself with a level of professionalism that shows he truly values his clients. A fantastic person all around.

I was so pleased with AquaGuard’s work on my crawlspace encapsulation that I decided to trust them with their gutter product design too.
Their gutter product is sturdier than the others and their service is stellar. Chad and Bradley were on time. They repaired defects that the found in the existing flashing gaps to keep critters out. They were kind and professional. They also cleaned up everything completely. Job well done. I am confident that I made the right choice with AquaGuard.

Kornbred was a great foreman with his crew J.W./J.Wheeler and Mike Waters. They did a crawlspace encapsulation for us. These guys showed up, got to work quickly, worked very hard and and didn't let up until the job was done, and completed to our satisfaction. Kornbred reviewed the job before starting, answered any questions, and were friendly and kept us in the loop throughout the process. We are very pleased with the job and would hire them again.

Edit: owners canned response below is yet another example of their shadiness. They are well aware of who I am, I have the emails to prove it!!

Over $10K wasted on a low quality job– buyer beware! Meanwhile, mgmt has smooth talked and passed us from person to person with no true accountability or offer of compensation. Here’s how our job went:

    1. We were sold an exterior foundation support solution that I'm still unsure is appropriate for the interior settling that caused us to call in the first place. When estimator JD came out, we showed him our observations (door frames askew, wall cracks) and were sold helical piers. We discussed how an interior lift is not possible due to the basement being filled in but were assured by JD that helical piers would still be appropriate for our concerns.
    2. On day 1, the crew no called no showed. We had to reach out to reschedule.
    3. Crew installed push piers instead of the quoted helical piers. We were not told this UNTIL we pressed for an explanation mid-job and then were told that the type of pier doesn't matter, costs are the same and they do the same job. Unprofessional and shady.
    4. Crew busted a pipe while digging and when I asked to have a 3rd party plumber document the break and repair, they ignored and did it themselves. A year later, we had a massive water leak and the plumber that came out had to replace the entire piece of pipe that was originally poorly repaired.
    5. Crew did not complete interior benchmarking. We were told foreman Jeremy would do it and he didn't. I got Craig the supervisor on the phone, who assured me the foreman was going to do it before leaving the job. Final day comes and I see him walk out without doing them! So my husband has to remind him. He has a bad attitude, doesn't use a laser, scribbles some half ass numbers on a sheet of paper and leaves. I call Craig again who admits the foreman went explicitly against his instructions and “would be disciplined” and then personally had to come out with a laser to do it right. It was LIKE PULLING TEETH to get this basic action delivered as promised.
    6. Finally, the crew did not complete proper exterior benchmarking. From the start, Craig said measurements would be in our "customer portal" and would send me the access details. Never got them. We didn't get ANY documentation until almost a year later when we were contacted by AG to do 1 yr benchmarking and I had to remind them that we still didn't have the original measurements! They then inform us the mysterious customer portal is not really functional and end up sending an email with a bunch of unorganized photo links but no file that showed us the exterior measurements. Finally sr mgr Efrain and head of ops Kyle say that an exterior benchmark log doesn't exist and that the crew uses a laser line to put in the rivets across the perimeter of the house, so there are no measurements needed to reference the elevation of each rivet relative to each other. This was despite both Craig and Efrain previously confirming those measurements existed and that they just had to find them in the portal for me. Fast forward to the 1 yr benchmarks and we find out that the rivets were in fact NOT at all placed on a level line. For example, relative to the rivet placed on the SE corner, the next rivet to the west was 1/4" higher, the next rivet was 1.5" lower, the ones on the SW part of the house were 7 to 7.5" off). Most importantly, NONE of these differences were documented, so there is absolutely no way of knowing 1 yr after install if any additional settling has occurred. In fact, the tech had to put in several additional rivets laterally across the perimeter, re-mark existing rivets, and document relative elevations of the rivets in order to enable checking for incremental movement another year from now. (read: they finally did what they should have and needed to do a year ago!!) This appt was a week ago and I've gotten no indication from mgmt that they are going to acknowledge and address this clear evidence of a very poorly executed project.

Amanda Haley came out and gave us a quote for some sidewalk repair and a trip hazard. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and the quote was much cheaper than I thought it would be. I highly recommend aqua guard and we will be using them again in the future.

Shaun and Chris from Aquaguard did an excellent job lifting and repairing our driveway! It looks 100% better! Also, Austin did a superb job with the estimate inspection, explaining how the lifting and repair process works and giving us several options to choose from.

Adrian is amazing and I would give 193737 stars if I could! My husband and I wanted our crawlspace sealed, he came out gave us a quote and made us feel so secure and comfortable! Adrian was funny, honest and really made us feel like family! If we ever buy an another new home we will use him and his company again! Thank you again Adrian!

CFI Sean Bell from AquaGuard came out for a free foundation estimate and was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, gave clear, honest advice about our home’s issues with zero sales pressure—just facts and solid options. Refreshing and professional. Highly recommend AquaGuard (and Sean specifically) for any foundation concerns!
