Hello everyone! I had an excellent experience with Ross he was on time great service most of all fair and honest don’t see that every day.

I used One Call on a Saturday when my air had went out. The technician, Jason Suddeth, was prompt to call and confirm the appointment and was also able to arrive sooner than expected. Excellent service!! Would definitely recommend this company.

First off I would like to say thank you to the lady name Nedra who answered the phone. I was in distress due to our ac unit was not working which we found out to no fault of ours. But Nedra made it where we could have the contractor come out right away. Then the contractor name Jason Sudduth was a GOD send. He was very professional and well informed on what we needed to have done to our unit. He took care of everything for and made sure we were great. We are in debt to Jason and we HIGHLY recommend Jason to do all your heating and air needs. Thank you Jason...

My serviceman, Dustin "Red," called before coming, arrived on time, and was extremely professional and friendly. He gave me tips on how to maintain both my heating and air conditioning systems year round and gave me advice on how to notice potential problems--items that the builder should have pointed out, but failed to do. As a Realtor(R), I would gladly recommend his services to friends and clients. Red could give lessons on how to treat customers!

On Friday morning of 7/19/19 we requested a technician to come out to check our HVAC from Reliable Heating and Air after our unit stopped blowing cool air out of the blue and with unit only being13 months old since it’s a new house. Technician reported to us that the HVAC capacitor burned out the compressor which we were then quoted $2500 minus $930 for the part since it’s under warranty totaling $1570 to make repair.

We received a second opinion with One Call Heating and Cooling and luckily we did because it was not the compressor it was just the capacitor which cost $205 to fix including the diagnostic . The technician from Reliable Heating and Air explained to us the diagnostic included filters which not only did he not provide but took out both filters from HVAC units and left them on the side of HVACs in attic. He also took panel off of the AC handler inside of attic and never put it back on which cause the AC furnace to over work for 24 hrs that . One Call Heating and Cooling was was able to correct what Reliable did and were truthful and saved us money by doing the right thing and provided the correct service at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone.

One Call technician Mike came out and replaced a faulty fan motor and assembly. A few weeks after replacement the new fan was defective. One call honored the parts and labor warranty. Mike returned in a timely manner and replaced the defective parts. I appreciate doing business with a professional company who stands behind their work!

Jason came to my home after already working a full day and was here until after 11 pm to insure I had air conditioning. I so appreciate his hard work in getting my system cooling again. He is the best!!!

So far, so good. I believe his name was Nick or Nicholas, came out and fixed our furnace. He did a great job but I was more pleased by his demeanor. Very professional, kind, answered all my annoying questions and cleaned up after himself. We've had bad experiences with other "big" companies in the past. Glad to find a dependable company, finally.

We've worked with One Call Heating & Cooling a couple times before in the past and knew exactly who we were going to call again when our A/C went out. Always friendly service and we know we can depend on fair pricing & dependable work. Thank you so much to Dustin "Red" Anderson and the rest of the One Call crew for fixing our A/C!!!

Their leadership - Mike Williams and their technicians - Mike Phillips are excellent!
They have taken care of the heating and cooling needs of my home and several rental properties.
Their team is very responsive! Their front desk staff is very courteous and do their best to accommodate all requests sent their way.
They also offer great deals on HVAC replacements and have performed several unit replacements for me.
Their team member - Farron Rentz is very informative and a good communicator.
All in all — Great Company!

I called on a Saturday to inquire about their services & the owner actually answered the phone. He told me that someone would contact me & they actually did. Someone called the next day & they were out there that same day. A week later we have our install. We finally have heat & air again with a system that can properly heat & cool our house. I have gone through several companies & I have read more than one review before committing to One Call. Thank you all for answering our call. It was a pleasure doing business with you all. Was quoted a $3500 repair cost by another company . I called One Call for second opinion. One Call researched my warranty info over the phone for free and consulted after hours at no cost. I scheduled an inspection with and they Pre ordered a compressor based on the previous company’s diagnosis and brought the part with them within 48 hours.(the other company said it would be a 10 day wait for the part.). Long story short they fixed my unit for $185 ( it wasn’t the compressor at all) and signed me up for a maintenance plan for $225 yearly ! Great company that saved me thousands of dollars before I was even a customer!!

Jason and Nick were awesome and got our upstairs unit running in no time. They were fast, knowledgeable, and very affordable! We are so happy we gave One Call Heating & Cooling a try!

I've always been very pleased with with service I get from One Call Heating and Cooling! Everyone is very pleasant and professional. Nick came today and did our spring service check and was punctual and checked that we were ready for the summer heat! Definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me who we use for heating and cooling company!

Hello I just want to express my opinion about the services we just obtained in hopes it can be corrected and viewed as an honest opinion towards our One Call Technician. Now all of this is not his fault because our landlord is stalling to upgrade the unit. But the gentleman just left and did not even say he was finished or even to explain how things went with unit. Our backyard smells like wires are burning and he just left saying nothing. I found it very rude to leave us In the dark about the services we obtained or the status 6/8/2020 approximately 10am Jonesboro. Take care and God bless.

I found this company by google map and called this morning cause I had AC trouble. They tried to arrange for coming very quickly. I felt they are kind and honest. Probably I will call them if I have in a trouble again. Thank you so much!

One Call did a GREAT job with my annual inspection,.
Dustin 'RED" Anderson was my service technician. He called to remind me of his arrival time which gave me flexibility to finish my errands away from home. After the visit, he thoroughly reviewed everything he checked and the status of the systems. I was very appreciative. Recommend!

Jason was absolutely great!!! My family was literally freezing before he showed up, he came and assessed the problem and in no time he was able to tell me what was wrong. He went out, got the part, and in a matter of minutes my heat was working again! One call needs to be your only call!! Ask for Jason, he’s the best!!

Today my family had an AC failure to their upstairs unit. Same day this company's tech Jason, came onsite, troubleshoot the issue, and repaired the unit - in 2 hrs tops. He was very informative and detailed. He kept us in the loop as he was working through things. Genuinely excellent customer service!
