I have always used this supplier for electrical needs. I placed a order and never got my items and I was told I would be charged a 60 percent restock fee if I choose to get a refund l. I never heard of such a policy. Customers service kept giving me excuses and pushing off delivering date. Unfortunately I will no longer use this supplier.

Though I have only been dealing with Jack Cannady, which is the best ever. All the Mayer family of workers are very friendly and helpful.
I'm originally from Texas and only dealt with Elliott Electric there, and my contact there. Here in Georgia, I do not want to dell with anyone but Mayer Electric. They almost always have what I need, and if not, they usually have it within a day or two.
I will keep our companies busy with Mayer always. My loyalty is with them always.

I spoke with Ryan in sales a couple weeks ago for a couple light fixtures I needed to order. He said he would check if they were in stock and follow up with me later on and I gave him my phone number. I never heard back and I called several times over the next few days and never got a response. Twice I was transferred to him and he would answer then immediately hang up. Terrible customer service for a paying customer who wants to do future business with your company!
