My Hvac system went out in my home last weekend. I contacted Holt Hudson Heating & Air and left a message. John Hudson responded to my call promptly and advised he would put me in the schedule for Monday. John notified me first thing Monday morning and came out to house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything in a clear concise manner while answering my questions. He provided several opinions we could take and the pro's and cons involved. The system was 30 yrs old and we decided it was best to replace it entirely. While there John corrected a couple issues on my other two HVAC systems. John sent a list of systems in which to choose. Once I made my selection John immediately set up the install date and came to my home the day before to prep. The next day John and his team arrived early that morning and installed the entire system. The entire time they were here he and his team were respectful of my home. John kept me informed through the process and when finished John pointed out all the pertinent safety features that were done in the installation. I cannot recommend John Hudson & Holt Hudson Heating & Air more highly for their utmost professionalism & care through out the process. Simply put "They're the Best"

We have been using Hudson Heating and Air Conditioning for decades. We have had them service our systems many times over the years and they have always been very responsive and reliable. This has been the case whether the issue was minor or more significant.
Unlike some of the large corporate folks, Hudson won't automatically recommend that you need to replace/upgrade your equipment any time something is wrong. Most recently our AC stopped working on a hot July day. We called that evening and they estimated that he would be able to be there between 9:30 and 11:00 the next day. John Hudson arreved at about 9:45 the next morning. Within 20 minutes he had isolated the issue, already had replaced the malfunctioning part, and had the AC back up and running.
I always recommend Hudson when anybody has an AC or Heating problem.

John came out and gave us an estimate to replace our entire system. Was in and out quickly and wasted no time. His estimate included everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. The cost is competitive and that’s all I can ask. Great experience.

John has been helping us with our HVAC needs since 2019 when we replaced our first system at our home. He is honest, fair and so quick to respond (even when I reached out on a holiday because we were having an issue!). Highly, highly recommend!!

Out of the few businesses we called they had the best prices. I also appreciated how communicative they were. They came out within 2 business days to replace our units. Not all superheroes wear capes! Holt Hudson heating and Airconditioning is amazing. My airconditioning went out in this horribly hot weather. They responded to my call right away, got me added for their first available appointment, and repaired the unit quickly. Great customer service! Will definitely use them again, but will also refer them to friends and family.

I had such a pleasant experience today. I called Holt Hudson for a second opinion on replacing or repairing my unit. John came out and explained the pros and cons, and even how things worked in plain speak, so that I could understand. I felt very comfortable with his expertise. They’ve gained a new customer!

After 43 years of using the same HVAC company to upgrade and service my systems, I am switching to Holt Hudson. I had some issues, my old service provider dropped an estimate of almost $1K for repairs, which I questioned. I won't belabor the entire story, but I fired my old company, and after asking Nextdoor folks, Holt Hudson was my choice - responsive, expert level knowledge, friendly, and addressed ALL of my issues for a total charge under $150 and in 25 minutes after arrival. So easy to work with as well!

John was able to come next day after our AC went out and get it back up and running. He also answered all of our questions about potential long term implications of the issues we were seeing, and didn't once try and sell us on an "upgrade". He gave us great information to be able to plan for potential future replacements while also making sure we get the best long term use out of the unit we currently have.

I found them after seeing their ratings on Nextdoor. They are indeed the number one rated HVAC company in North/East Atlanta! They are trusted by thousands of households.

I called John late Monday evening when my system powered off and I was unable to troubleshoot the issue. He was at my property within 24 hours and had the system up and running within an hour. Very pleased with the urgency and expertise. I will definitely use again in the future.

John from Holt Hudson is always fantastic to work with. He’s professional and personable and takes the time to explain things to us. I particularly appreciate how he tells us honestly when larger work may be expected. That way we can plan and budget appropriately. My family has been grateful to find Holt Hudson Heating and Air. Cannot recommend, called cool ray and they said that the filters should have been replaced after 6 months … it’s been over 6 months and I’m replacing the filters on my own

I was very pleased with the communication from Holt Hudson Co. They were very courteous and responsive. John was on time and provided quick service, and the cost was reasonable. John explained the issue. I was very pleased and will continue to call on John for my Heating and Air conditioning needs.

I called John Thursday evening and was texted back quickly and set up for 730am the next day. I received reminder follow up text. We had a wiring issue and after repairing and a full check and cleaning, air works great! Very reasonable price, much lower than expected. Very professional! I would recommend to anyone!
