These men were great and knowledgeable! We were in Powder Springs due to the birth of a new grandchild and our daughter's/son-in-law's water heater went out Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. of Easter weekend. I chose to call them due to their location and excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. God bless them --- They gave up their Saturday evening of Easter weekend and the NCAA Final Four semifinal games to rescue us! They arrived within a half hour and stayed to complete the job. We would highly recommend them.

Ray was great! I called him Friday afternoon and he met me the next day. He is very informative and really knows what he is talking about. If you need plumbing services there is no one better to call!

The owner was professional and provided great customer service. He came to my residence in a timely manner when I needed him most. He replaced my hot water heater and did a great job. His employees were also professional and provided great service. I would definitely recommend his service.

Finally a plumber in Atlanta suburbs that actually knows what he's doing and has the integrity to fix the actual problem for a very reasonable rate. We hired them based on the reviews and area very happy they turned out to be accurate. We would recommend and plan to use again.

I mistakenly gave a 1 star, texting issues was the cause of the 1 star so just to go back and correct my review.. These guys were great. Very professional and were one of the only plumbers in my area who were willing to come within 1 hour on a Saturday. I needed a garbage disposal installed. My current one had broke weeks before and now the smell of old food was permeating my home. So glad they were able to accommodate me on a rush basis and over a weekend. They were reasonably priced, cleaned up their work area and were in and out in no time. Definately earning a 5 star review. Will recommend them to everyone.

Thank you so much A-plus Priority Plumbing for coming to my rescue in my time of need. My water heater pipe burst and water was leaking all over the basement. After speaking with Ray on the phone explaining my situation, he and his crew made time to stop by after business hours to stop the leak temporarily. He was very thorough with explaining the problem and possible solutions. Definitely a company I will use in the future if needed...

Responsive, courteous, and professional. I’ve had several leaks in my home in the last year in the main bath, guest bath, and kitchen. Raymond and team have been extremely responsive, either walking me through the steps for an immediate resolution until they arrive, or prioritizing an emergency visit. In addition to resolving my issues, they EDUCATED me on ways to prevent issues in the future. I never felt rushed, the team always takes the time to make sure I understand the service. I would highly recommend.
