This vendor was assigned by my home warranty company. He simply ghosted me. I've been without a/c for 31 days. It is currently 86 degrees in my house. This man scheduled an installation for 8/29/22 and simply didn't show up or call. Nothing. Highly, highly unprofessional.

Quoted a price of around $200 ended up costing me almost $800 do not use this guy he is very dishonest!!!

He didn't fix my unit!! BUT HE GOT PAID!! It's icing over when cold OUTSIDE! AND HE TOLD ME IF THEY DON'T FIX IT!! I'LL COME BACK AT NO CHARGE!!! HE WON'T COME BACK!!! THAT'S SORRY!!! I'M A SINGLE MOM WITH KIDS!!!!

Great guy, very nice.....but the quote for the work was $200 and the bill was $650!!!! Run, don't walk, RUN from this company. I would have much rather had an honest quote as to have been blinde sided by these old school bait and switch sales techniques.

This is the ONLY heating and air company I will use. He knew what he was doing, and worked with me so that during the winter, my son and I had heat. As well, during the middle of summer, on. Saturday evening, he came out and fixed my air so my son and I could stay cool. He even worked with me on the payments so that I could ensure my son's health and comfort. Best company I have ever worked with, and the prices are very, very reasonable as well as the work and products are high quality. I recommend you call here first.

This company is fantastic. They came out late at night to fix the air so my baby girl & I could sleep in our house. He stayed until the job was done RIGHT, & even took the time to explain how everything works & how to prevent a future breakdown. As the work continued, he talked with me about each step, taking time to make sure I understood & agreed with the costs before they did each step. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

We have done business with Engineered Services since 2009. It is a family owned and operated business, who takes customer service and satisfaction very seriously. Always a quick response. They are dependable in guiding you to the appropriate and best quality option. We highly recommend Geothermal heating and cooling, and have seen significant savings. We have only had positive experiences with this company, and don’t plan to ever use anyone else.

As long as system is working properly, it is very efficient, but trying to get a service call has been very difficult. And when the system is not operating properly, it becomes as expensive, or even more expensive than a regular HVAC unit. Unfortunately, when Geothermal Chattanooga doesn’t respond, you are very limited in your options for service. Only licensed Water Furnace dealers can get the parts from the supplier. i finally found someone else in the area that is licensed and they have been great to work with. The latest issue was a damper motor that wasn’t working. The way Geothermal Chattanooga installed my unit, they had to remove the return ducts and some of the ducts just to access the motor. If I had it to do over, I would not choose to go with the Geothermal Chattanooga.

Completely satisfied with this company! I called near end of their business day yesterday about my ac not working. The gentleman came out today, almost immediately identified the issue, and chatted with me for the time it took to install the replacement part (a broken contactor). The entire visit only took 30 minutes. Professional, personable, and fast service, and the cost was below my expectation! They're a family business and he said they don't advertise but instead rely on word-of-mouth from satisfied, loyal customers - after today they can count me among that number. Definitely give them a call if you want to support experienced local businesses.

Called them this morning, and before lunch they were out here fixing my AC! He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly, and for a fair rate! Highly recommend Bruce Heating and Air! I will never use another service provider!!!
