Ocean Blue made a major renovation of my approximately 30 year old pool. It’s been a pleasure every step of the way to work with Randall due to his professionalism and pride of workmanship. The pool, spa, tile, coping, and deck all needed renovating. A number of issues came up, but Randall was on top of every issue. In additional to being professional, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience, a pleasant demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a talented and dedicated work crew. The crew worked rain or shine (in my case – a lot of rain). And in the middle of the project, I decided I wanted an additional shelf put in the pool. Although a second shelf is not a normal option on a pool, Randall completely understood what I wanted, and despite the fact that it wasn’t in his schedule, he jungled and got it done. The pool and spa as a whole are fabulous – the colors, the material, and even design changes have transformed my pool into a beautiful, useful and enjoyable asset to my home. Thank you Randall – I look forward to many years of enjoyment of my pool and spa.

Randall and his team have done an outstanding job. When he told me he would have my pool completed in 4-5 weeks, I doubted it. In the end, 23 days from first shovel in the ground to filling the pool - totally surpassed expectations. I vividly remember the day I Googled "swimming pool renovations-Atlanta". After calling several companies for appointments, I called Ocean Blue Pools and briefly discussed my requirements with Randall. He came to our home a few days later and advised me of his recommended plan. We then visited several pools in the Atlanta area, viewed his work, talked to numerous customers and met his maintenance crew. We were impressed!

Our job was extensive and Randall assured me that it could be completed in a month. We decided he would be the one to complete our renovation. We hired Ocean Blue Pools to renovate a very old pool that we were opening for the first time after a recent purchase. Randall, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and proficient. He and his team will work as hard and fast as possible to get your work done and done well. His crew is extremely polite, hard-working and professional. They left the job site in better shape than they found it, including pressure washing the pool walls; they even offered to sweep off our front driveway.

The cost of the job ended up exactly as stated on the estimate. I have a background in design and was still able to lean on Randall's expertise in color and finish to attain a look that was very pleasing. The work they did was professionally finished and we are very happy with the end product.

After contacting a handful of pool contractors, some of whom took several days to respond to my initial call or email -- to say nothing of those who never responded -- I knew within 30 seconds of meeting Randall that Ocean Blue Pools was the company with which we wanted to work.

My initial contact with Randall was an email I sent through his Web site late one night. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up and found Randall had responded to my email at 4:30 AM! I called Randall, as he suggested, and two days later, Randall was at our home, right on time, to meet with my wife and me. I had no hesitation in signing Randall's contract, and neither should anyone else.

Randall is a straight-shooter, and his constant communication throughout the entire project was surpassed only by the quality of work and service Ocean Blue Pools provided. Randall's contractors, like Randall, paid attention to detail, and made it clear that our complete satisfaction was their primary concern and objective.

Like any other major construction project, we there were a couple of unexpected bumps in the road -- through no fault of Randall's -- but Randall always made sure everything was exactly as he promised it would be. Ocean Blue Pools built us a beautiful, high quality pool, and did so in roughly half the time others insisted it would take. We love our new pool and know we'll enjoy it for many years to come.

We recently had our pool completely renovated by Ocean Blue Pools. It looks amazing! The pool turned out to be even better than we had hoped for as we began to plan this project. Randall and his crew did an outstanding job.

Randall personally took the time to explain every step of the process so we knew what to expect. He made suggestions along the way as to what type of coping and pavers would look best, he gave us a variety of options on the plaster, made suggestions on changes that were needed to improve the water flow. He even recommended a reliable pool service for us to use for maintenance in the future.

Randall was personally checking the progress and the quality of each phase of the project, making recommendations to us and the crew on ways to enhance the beauty and efficiency of the pool. We always felt that he had our best interest in mind as he made his recommendations to us.

He continually came to our house to meet with us personally to make sure the work was done to his expectations, and insure that we were satisfied with the progress to date. He even took time out of his schedule on the 4th of July Holiday to come to our home to let us know if the plaster had cured enough for us to use the pool. That was exceptional Customer Service you don’t see very often today.

The crew was a delight to work with. Very timely, hardworking, very polite and always helpful. The quality of their work was exceptional. After each day of work they cleaned up the work area and stacked any items left behind very neatly. We were very appreciative of their professionalism and productivity.

We are very pleased to highly recommend with complete confidence, Randall and his company, Ocean Blue Pools to anyone considering a new pool, or a pool renovation. I used Ocean Blue pools to build my beautiful pool. It was nice to be able to deal with the owner direct. Randall made sure that everything was done on time and answered every call I made to him. He came out, personally and made sure everything looked correct and worked properly. I made a good decision having this company build my pool

Randall and his team at Ocean Blue Pools did a phenomenal job building our dream pool! I hesitated for years about putting a pool in because of all the horror stories you hear about with pool contractors. I felt very comfortable doing business with Randall from Day 1 when he came out to give us an estimate. Every step of the project was completed on time. Communication was fantastic during the entire project. Randall proactively reached out almost on a daily basis so we always knew what was going on and next steps. And, when I needed to get in touch with him, he always answered. The project went exceptionally well... and was done in no time! I would highly recommend Randall and his team to anyone even thinking about putting a pool in or renovating their current one!

We interviewed several contractors and we chose Randall because of his experience, his design and his responsiveness. He listened to exactly what we wanted and worked closely with us to come up with a great overall concept. At one point, he stayed up until 2 am making revisions until we were completely satisfied. Randall (Ocean Blue Pools) built us an amazing pool four years ago and we couldn’t be happier. Recently noticed an issue with low pressure and emailed Randall for advice. Randall got right back to me and said he’d be out the next day to take a look. As promised, Randall and Andrew came out and quickly determined the filters had not been properly cleaned (pool cleaning service was subpar) and performed a complimentary cleaning which fixed the problem. Randall also noticed a rust stain under the pool light which Andrew got rid of for us. I was impressed with the fantastic job Randall did building our pool. Randall and his team did an amazing job on our pool. When we bought our house, the pool was literally black from years without maintenance and the surrounding cement was in bad shape. After just a few weeks of work, our pool looks better then I ever imagined. The addition of the pavers completely changed the appearance of our backyard as well. Randall had great suggestions on how to get the best results and was very respectful of our budget and time restraints. Overall, a great experience with results that are exceptional.

I am beyond happy with our backyard oasis. It sparkles like the ocean in the Greek islands! Randall and his team did an amazing job on refurbishing our pool. It was literally a swamp when we bought the house, but Randall had a great vision for what it could be and they made it happen. It is so beautiful and elegant, I just can't believe it was the same pool. The quality of their work, the material selections and the customer service was superior! They work super fast too - I was amazed at what they could get done in a week.

In addition to pools, Ocean Blue offers an array of landscape design services. They did an outstanding job designing and updating both my both my front and backyard including a new patio, front walkway, and an updated irrigation system. Extremely happy with the outcome and the support experience along the way.

I plan to use Ocean Blue to add a pool in the coming year and I cannot wait to see the finished design.

I needed to replace a very large retaining wall that held up/ supported our pool and back yard.
I had several quotes and Ocean Blue was competitive. I had a lot of questions and all were addressed and had a few face to face meetings to make sure we were on the “same page”
The work was started on time and completed in the time frame I was told.The crew that did the work were extremely polite and professional. Like any large project, there were a few “ surprises”, but they were all handled in a matter that was agreeable to both parties.

We had been thinking about refinishing our pool for years and after meeting with Randall from Ocean Blue Pools, we decided to go for it.
