What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. There were no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling—just straightforward, high-quality service. They also cleaned up everything before leaving, which I really appreciated.

This place is crooked as it gets, Barry (operator) has twice shown and admitted they jack up prices of "non-covered" items to make up for American Home shields lack of pay on "covered" items. Then uses the line "per "technicians handbook" as an excuse to sell you stuff you have NO need to buy.. CODE ONLY APPLYS TO NEW BUILDS.. So don't let them lie and steal your money.. You have no obligation by town, county , state or federal code to bring items "up to code" when performing a repair on your home.
They are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with!
DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR HOME !!
They hide behind items not being " up to code" to sell you things that are 10x the normal price..
They charged me $195 for 2 caps that are $6 each at Home Depot. ( just one of 5 items ) that they said I had to have.. When I offered to do it myself they said if I didn't pay them these exorbitant fees... They wouldn't do the job at all..
I contacted the AHS office of the president and they are now flagged as a vendor.. They are as dishonest, lying, manipulative, company as you will ever find.
They will use the line " your heater / ac isn't up to code.. And try to sell you "non-covered items" that they markup 500% over what you can buy them for at Home Depot .. Then force you to buy them or they won't do the repairs.
IVE ALSO CONTACTED THE STATE FOR THIER UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES...
This is your warning... Do not let them in your home or near your family..

The guys at Comfort Air of Atlanta are truly amazing people...It is rare these days to find people in the service industry who want to earn your business. My experience was not short of amazing...We recently bought a house that was built in 1960's as you can imagine it had a host of issues, original electrical panel, burnt out sockets, shoddy wiring, & old HVAC unit.
Well i gave Comfort Air of Atlanta a call and Rick the owner picked up and i told him i need you to come over and check out all these issues, same day he was at my house, evaluated each issue and provided clear explanation of what needs to be done to resolve the issue as well as bring it up to code. He provided me a quote so i could evaluate against the other quotes i had from different vendors.
In the end we went with Comfort Air of Atlanta because they had the best quote and we felt they were the most trust worthing versus the other vendors it felt like they were try to up sell us.
Overall very happy with the quality of the work that was done, Rick was very professional throughout the process, provided regular updates on the work he was doing, to the extent he would point out things that might need to be addressed in the future.
The best part of Comfort Air of Atlanta is the people that work there, honest, trustworthy, knowledgable and you won't be disappointed with the quality of work .
