Be careful, as these guys have been known to not pay their subcontractors or material providers. This can lead to liens on the properties they work on. Good luck getting them on the phone or getting them to respond to an email too.

They did great work when but about 6 months after when there was a problem getting them back out to fix the problem that wasn’t done correctly is a challenge and have to bring someone els to fix it as they try and write it off as it was something els. But when they are there working before you pay in full they are great and work hard. I recommend them as they do great work but if there is a problem trying to get them back is very hard

I hired Patterson Construction (PCON) to complete a few minor and major remodeling projects around my home. Pat and his team were prompt and professional throughout the entire process. I was very satisfied with the quality of work that was completed. I highly recommend PCON for any project!

I made the mistake of hiring Patterson to do a large renovation on my house. The quality of the work was terrible. They basically send a bunch of marginally skilled workers in who do the job with practically no oversight or supervision. Months later I’m still fixing problems and finding issues. I could make long list, but here’s something I recently found that’s really serious. They actually sawed through two roof trusses, a major member of the house’s structure, to install something as trivial as some can lights. Definitely stay away.

Pat has done multiple different projects to my home. He has always been thorough and has been able to complete the projects in a reasonable amount of time. He is fairly priced and makes sure that the work is done to the highest standard. He kept communication open with me at all times for any questions i had. Patterson Construction is definitely the company i will be reaching out to for any of my construction needs. He is a man of his word and does high quality work. From fixing my roof, remodeling two bathrooms, and giving the interior/exterior of my home a fresh paint job, he has done top notch work! Highly recommend him.

Patterson Construction saved the day! My house was ruined by an inexperienced "contractor" who left me high and dry after 3 months of empty promises and poor workmanship. I reached out to Pat and he has been so amazing about getting me my bathrooms back and much more.
