I’ve been using Pacific Panels for the past 5 years. It first started because the communication system was not working properly and the PV installers were not in business anymore. Fred came to the rescue and dealt directly with the inverter company and fixed the issue. Since then there has been no problems accessing through the app the status and production levels. They also have been coming annually to clean my panels. The crew is very reliable and professional. The company provides pictures and comments in their report after each service. If any problem arises, I feel at ease that they are willing to provide assistance. Thank you, Fred.

Outstanding service. Prompt and Professional.
This is my third year using this company and after each service, they provide a thorough an approximate 17 page report (with pictures included), on what they did. They basically check everything from electrical boxes, ensuring the correct labels are on the electrical boxes and are legible, breakers are labeled correctly, status of the inverters, wires, conduit pipes, screws and the solar battery. They also take pictures of the solar panels before washing and after washing.
Very impressed with this company.

It's my 3rd or 4th time using Panel cleaners!! They do a good job so we don't have to do it ourselves. And they remind me every year to get our panels cleaned. Our panels give us good sun saving because panels are clean and dirt is not blocking the sun. We also got our microconverters replaced. Great company to hire for cleaning and maintenance of solar panels!! Great workers, Patrick, Dan, and Neeka, who make working with Pacific Panels easy to work with. Everyone should hire a cleaning and maintenance company for the expensive solar panels that we all originally purchased.

Aloha! Very pleased with the communication with setting-up the appointment and the day the cleaners arrived. Overall, great work on cleaning my 32 panels. There were some spots on a few panels that you could tell it was still dirty but for the most part the panels looked way better after the cleaning. Great value for the level of work that was done. Would definitely recommended to others.

Pacific Panel Cleaners is a godsend. Our PV system was not producing power and the company that installed our system could not provide post installation and troubleshooting services. Upon calling Pacific Panel Cleaners, they were able to schedule a service technician to do a site inspection of our system. They showed up on the scheduled date and time early and performed the systems check and troubleshooting. They discovered that the Solar Edge inverter was not functioning and was busted. They recommended replacement and scheduled for installation as soon as replacement unit has arrived. Staff and customer service were all professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

It’s great that they clean our panels once a year, but it’s reassuring that they also check all the hardware and show you photos with a report. Excellent service!

PPC will not only do a thorough and safe job cleaning your PV panels, they inspect the entire system for existing and potential issues documented in a detailed report. Considering the investment made in a PV system, the annual service is well worth it. I've used them for many years and each time, the technicians and staff have been professional, friendly and courteous.

I called Pacific Cleaners from an Ad in the Kaneohe magazine. The owner answered my phone call and was extremely helpful and informative. He took my number and said he would pass my information to the scheduler. The next week I received a call, to ask any further questions, or to set up an appt. My appointment was set for the following Monday at 2pm. His 3 man team arrived in a company van, with 3 individuals. The main person was very professional, friendly, ,and explained exactly what they would be doing. They used the proper type of ladder to prevent damage to my gutters, and inspected the entire system as they promised at no additional charge. They also advised me on the condition of my roof, which was OK.

The price charged me was extremely reasonable and included a 15% military discount. It's very nice to do business with a company such as hits. I'm very pleased and will certainly be having my 28 panels cleaned and serviced by Pacific Panel Cleaners from this point forward.

I have been using this company for several years now, and although the team may change, work is always done cautiously and thoroughly. Once, they determined that 2 panels were not outputting power due to a component failure. I probably would not have detected the issue we're it not for the service. I am definitely sticking with them.
