I had an amazing experience through Kaimi Construction company. We had a remodel and they did an excellent job. Very professional and quality work.

He was responsive at first but Very negative approach. From comments like very hard job, to why not demolish the house. For every solution he finds, it comes with a problem. And he said he will get back, he did but only after a week. By that time i found another contractor. Dont even bother

Great work! Recently retired from the USAF and moved to Hawai’i, so wasn’t sure which company to pick. Glad I was able to use their company and not feel that I spent an arm and a leg.

Had some walls painted and floors redone by Fabian A. Orellana and Kaimi Construction and the work was amazing. From beginning to end they were professional, dependable and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. Fabian and his guys were awesome! They were not only the best quote but the quickest timeline on our floor installation. They demoed all our flooring (carpet, tile and laminate) and installed LVP throughout our whole house in 1 week. They did our whole bathroom remodel as well as backsplash in the kitchen. Fabian will always be my go to guy!

Kaimi Construction Inc. has been my go to business for all my home improvement needs. I’ve personally had them remove my carpets and install luxury vinyl floors, remodel my laundry room, change my backsplash in the kitchen, install some fans, pour concrete to make those beautiful stamped pads, and the list goes on… Fabian has been the one to come to my house and he’s the most professional and courteous guys I know. Fabian and his crew were excellent. Their work is very high quality. They are on time, clean, reliable, and very focused. They replaced our floor, remodeled two bathrooms, customized the primary closet, and several other projects. He finished the whole project within the projected timeframe, all the while making sure it was exactly what we wanted. He was fantastic and we WILL be using him again. Fabian and his crew were able to begin the job a few days earlier than scheduled. They were all very polite and easy to interact with. Fabian and the men did a fantastic job ripping our old carpet and installing luxury vinyl planks in over half of our home, including the stairs. It really changed (improved!) the look of our home. We are very pleased with Fabian, his crew, and the work they completed.

Great quality work. All of our flooring was replaced along with a back door and shower door. Reasonable price. Work was done fast and done right. Would highly recommend Fabian and his crew to anyone wanting various construction projects done. We will definitely be coming back to him for future projects on our house.

I hired Kaimi Construction to install a 11X13 concrete slab with stamp and stain. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Even though it rained all day during the pour, they managed to finish the project on time as promised. My 83 year old dad said, “I’ve seen some (concrete) pours in my time but I’ve never seen guys spend so much attention to detail as these guys. They are very professional and really care about the final outcome of the project.” Mahalo to Fabian, Chance, and Ivan. Well done! 👍🏽

I hired Kaimiconstructionhawaii on a recommendation and I am so thankful that I did!! Fabian and his team were so professional and did such a wonderful job installing our floor, building our new stairs, and and cutting/installing the molding. It has elevated the look of our home tenfold. We will be hiring them again for our next project!!

After not having much luck finding a contractor that would respond, I found a business card for Kaimi Construction and gave Fabian a call. He came out the same day after returning my call to conduct an estimate to construct a 22’x12’ concrete parking stall and a 25’x4’ sidewalk. Their estimate was competitive and within my budget. Fabian and his crew were very professional, on time, very polite and you could tell by their work ethic that delivering a quality product was a high priority. Fabian listened to my requirements and was able to walk me through what materials would be used and the work they would be performing to ensure quality control. They kept the job site clean after each day and went out of their way to conduct a final job site cleaning resulting from concrete residue. I would highly recommend Kaimi Construction and will reach out to them again for my next project.

We are so grateful to have had Fabian and the team from Kaimi Construction work on our home! This wasn’t a small or easy job, as they upgraded everything in our house from the floor to the ceiling (literally!). They completed full remodels of two bathrooms, built a custom walk-in closet, replaced 2600 sq. ft of flooring, updated countertops and cabinets, removed the popcorn ceiling, plus every other side job in between.

Fabian was so kind and so patient with our never ending changes. He was trustworthy, offered very fair pricing, and was so easy to work with. We absolutely recommend him for any of your home’s needs!!
