Fast work, fair price, highly recommend

Karl at Cunningham was able to give me an estimate and service within a sensible time frame that completely resolved my issue with our dryer vent. The professionalism and subsequent results were outstanding. The price I paid was $350 for a 750 sq ft condo dryer vent clearing service. They found a birds nest and a few other things they were able to resolve. We had a ground unit where the vent went out at ground level. Although we found its a bit expensive, the timeliness and quality was easily worth it. Thanks guys!

10/10 recommend they came out and done an in depth cleaning. They found left over roofing material in my ductwork and brought a camera out to make sure there was nothing else left. Highly recommend! Great customer service & experience!!

Did a great job cleaning out my vents and ducts in my house. Showed me before and after photos and didn't leave a mess. Even too their shoes off when in the house. Overall, great service!

He thoroughly knows his stuff. Answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. This is a a top rate company. Family owned and operated. And I really like that, too.If you need to service your AC unit or units, call them. They are the experts in their field. ^☆☆☆☆☆

From the initial call, to setting up the appointment, to having a unit installed all around 5 stars. Very courteous installers and provided more service than what was expected. Greatly recommended and will not hesitate to refer for all AC installation and service.

Great service! Chris was my tech. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Was able to Get my AC back to full service. Scheduling wasn’t an issue and they call you 30min before arrival. Easy to work with and very responsive.

Bait and switch!!! Buyer beware!!!! They say they charge by time at the residence, confirmed with both the tech and the office prior to booking.

Tech was at the property for less then 30 mins, they charged for an hour as it’s their “minimum booking time” even though I confirmed with both the tech and the office prior to booking the service.

We have been doing business with AC Unlimited for 24-years now. Their service is excellent, they are very reliable and trustworthy. The field techs are polite, friendly and informative. Mahalo Duane and Dayna for always taking care of our needs, we appreciate it! **Photos are from today's service: Installed a new unit and I am very satisfied. (Upgraded the dinosaur model!) The older model Mitsubishi that AC Unlimited installed lasted 24-years!

I don't know how this company stays in business. They are terrible. I live in a 3yo home and they cannot service their warranty work. They can out to diagnose the a/c after a 10 day wait. They had to "order parts" from the mainland. After they finally came in the tech fried our pump. Another 5 weeks of waiting and they came last week to install the thermostat they fried only to find out they now need the cooling fan for the unit. These guys are clowns and we're stuck with them because no other company will work on something they installed.
No ac during this July and Aug period. They also left the walls and ceiling disgusting. They suck.

(DECEMBER 2022) KK Air Conditioning... Professional, Knowledgeable, and Trustworthy Company. Today was my installation day for my Mitsubishi Split Units (3 Bedrooms/Living Room). Crew of 4-5 men arrive on time and started working right away. Respectful and good clean work performed. I am happy with my new AC and will be Maintaining my AC with KK Air Conditioning. During the installation, problems occur, parts had to be modified to fit my new system. The knowledge of the crew solved the issues and finished the work correctly and safely. I highly recommend KK AIR CONDITION for all AC needs and service. The Owner Kent Muramoto and Manager Greg Saito both checked in with me before and after the installation to go over the work that will be performed and to see that things went smoothly. AWESOME!!!

(DECEMBER 4, 2023) My annual service tune-up was completed today. KK Air Conditioning still Professional and Trustworthy company. Crew of 2 arrived on time. Serviced and Cleaned my indoor split units and outdoor system units. Thank you Myra for scheduling the service to accommodate my work schedule.
