After very high pressure by a salesman by the name of Michael Tatich, he got me to sign up for a 12 month contract $800 per month. What a mistake. I have made 4 payments and received 4 leads in which only one responded to my outreach. This person was only shopping to see what the costs would be and I never heard back from them. If you’re thinking of making the same mistake don’t! What a financial disaster.

Clarissa contracts for homeaglow cleaning. She sent Yasmin here to clean my house, solicit her own company Qualtiy services now. The cleaner was terrible and was vaping marijuana in my house. I asked her to leave 3 hours early because it was so bad. I told Clarissa everything and to make sure homeaglow didn’t charge me again. She gave me a voucher for a free cleaning but I still got charged again. I tried to contact homeaglow that day the cleaner was still here and it all goes back to Clarissa. So clearly, she can contact homeaglow since she contracts for them. She does this to try and get their clientele. They are still trying to charge me. Unethical and bad business all the way around Clarissa. I was very clear on ending the services on 3/14. I was very clear how bad your cleaner that you sent to my house was.

Very detail cleaning, follows clean instruction. My a great job on my stove and oven. My house was smelling absolutely nice. Can't wait to rebook again.

This company is amazing! Super orientated and I would highly recommend. The cleaner deep cleaned everything and was focused on the job. I spoke with her a few times during cleaning and picking up things and she was able to multi-task while completing everything.

I am very happy with the service Clarissa provides. I have the peace of mind of being able to tell her my priorities for cleaning my home, and she works diligently to leave my house spotless. Today I asked her for another service, cleaning my windows from the outside, and not only did she leave them sparkling clean, but she also took the time to make the surrounding area look beautiful!
