Poor quality workmanship
I'm 65 years old and haven't had air for a month

This place sucks. They don't service their own installed units. No call back even when they would be getting paid to service the unit. Do not use them, avoid at all cost.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.

We used this company when we first purchased our house in 2021. Our outside unit stopped working and they came out and serviced it. We bought their service package where they would come out in the summer and winter and make sure everything looked good. Well, after we bought it they never ended up coming for the summer service. Had to call and remind them.... They came out and serviced it. Right after that our unit stopped working again. They "fixed" it... It stopped working again. It actually started to short cycle, where it would come on for 15 seconds, shut off for 2 minutes, come on 4 minutes, shut off 10 seconds, etc. etc. They didn't think it was doing that so I had to record a 15 minute video of it happening before they agreed to come back out.
When I called a third time about the same problem, the lady who answered the phone told me they had a note in our account that this would be their final visit because I keep calling them and they're having to come out for free. Well - I'm not going to pay when my problem isn't being fixed.... Fix the problem and I'm willing to throw money at you!
So, for 3 years we dealt with our unit short cycling. We figured it's normal.... NOPE! Our unit quit working last night, we called an actual GOOD company "Drew Services, LLC", and they came out this morning and informed me that the previous dumdums from this company took insulation and set it on top of our condensation drain to act as a "cap." So the insulation got wet, went into our pipe and caused a blockage.... So we had to deal with a VERY warm house because "All Comfort Control" hires guys who think it's okay to use insulation as a cap to a drain.......... Why would this company not just put a cap on the drain? It almost feels like they were trying to cause damage to our property so they would be hired to come back out and fix it AGAIN and have us pay another $127 for them to clean out the condensation drain like they did Sept 13, 2021....

BBB will be hearing from me because that's absolutely WILD that this company would hire somebody that would do that to us.... Attached is the picture of the clumps Drew Services pulled out. I would attach the video proof of them pulling it out but Google isn't allowing me to.

Really horrible people. What a mess. They don’t mind installing a $35,000 AC system but forget about the service. Absolutely none. Will never call you back.

Technician didn't return when he promised.
They show up without giving an ETA and you have to wait for them all day.
1st technician gave a different diagnosis then 2nd technician.
Would definitely not recommend them to anyone

I recommend this company to a family member, they replaced the air conditioning system, shorty after they had to come back and add Freon 2 different times, the service technician said he would be back with a part. 3 different times they said would come back and they did not show. My family member called the office and they will not call him back. Now he is going to have to pay another company to fix there problem. Terrible way to treat a paying customer.8-3-23( update )unit has continued to break , had to pay another company to fix it because this sleazy company would not come out.

Couldn’t be happier with the knowledge and service level of Jimmy and his team. After Hurricane Ida, he came out and evaluated the my system, deemed it inoperable, and quoted me for a comparable replacement system. He worked within my timeline and schedule among the many other customers he had at the time, and had us back up and running on the day we asked. I strongly believe in supporting local business. And with Rex in our backyard, I’ll sleep easier at night knowing my family is in good hands! I highly recommend Rex to anyone needed anything from a completely new system to annual maintenance. You won’t be disappointed!
