Although the ultimate service was good and I have had good experience with Fusion Repair in the past, there were several reschedulings and other issues that caused a considerable delay in having my washing machine repaired in a timely manner.

Quick response but took multiple visits to diagnose and solve the problem, total time system did not operate was about a month. They did make a fair concession for the delays, and I will use them again but was challenging. I am assuming most issues don't take this long to solve.

Nico explained what was going on with my refrigerator and got it working again. Very kind and efficient! Hopefully I will not need repairs again for a while, but definitely keeping the number. Highly recommend!
